Wonderful room and sensational breakfast! Right beside the train station for ease of access to both train and tour pick up points. A short walk to wonderful restaurants.

Possibly not an area of Parma to wonder around after dark however fantastic during the day.

Definitely a lovely hotel, worth it

Helpful and friendly staff . My compliments Room is nice and comfortable 10min away by foot from the Pillota come and 15min by foot to the center Next to the station Breakfast is nice

Excellent little hotel next to the train station.

Very conveniently located near the train station; one minute walk! Lobby had very nice and comfortable seating and decor with vintage memorabilia in display cabinets. Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. Our room was great, with original hardwood floors and very nice decor. Bathroom facilities and bed/bedding were great. Breakfast was also very good; tasty and sufficient. Hotel held our bags after checkout as we had a late train to catch, thanks!! Highly recommended.

The only "quirk" was finding our room. There are two elevators at lobby level and we were given brief instructions, that involved changing elevators on (I think) the second floor. Got momentarily lost so we located a stairwell and found our room. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Friendly and helpful staff in this ideally positioned hotel right next to the train station

The hotel is ideally positioned in immediate proximity to the train station. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. We had planned to leave our car at the train station parking for a week while visiting Emilia Romagna. Strangely enough it was closed. In spite of our one night only stay, the Century staff proposed to leave the car at the secure, video-surveyed indoor hotel parking for the week for a very reasonable fee. Thanks again for the much-appreciated gesture, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for the positive and helpful attitude.

It was delightful, comfortable and well located.

The breakfast and the servers were perfect. The owner loved art and there was lovely and interesting art all over the walls in the sitting room and in our bedroom as well. It was across from the train station and across the street from a wonderful restaurant and 4 blocks to the duomo....it was beyond perfect!

A friendly hotel

Location was good for the train station and public transport although it really wasn't a long walk to the centre of Parma. Staff were really friendly and recommended a variety of good restaurants and did try hard to assist us the best they could. The bedroom was very comfortable, there was air conditioning which meant the room was never too hot during the night and the bed was big. The bathroom was suitable and the shower was enjoyable.

The hotel did not have an iron. There was no cooked breakfast options.

It was awful - not worth the money.

The room had such insufficient lighting it was impossible to read. There was a large bathtub in the middle of the room. Room amenities were nonexistent. The breakfast buffet was the worst we ever had. No fruit, no eggs, mediocre ham & cheese and a meager selection of pastries. This should be a 1 star hotel!

Friendly staff, okay for a short stay if you are in need of parking.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is tastefully decorated.

The room was far smaller than what was advertised on Booking.com. Although they upgraded us after our check-in, the room was still smaller than advertised. The location of the hotel is not as central as we had hoped. We couldn't finish breakfast after seeing a rat trap next to the food (breakfast was in the basement and it's an older building so I understand this necessity, but perhaps better to hide it?)

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the train station. The room was minimalist but very clean, had everything we needed. The reception staff members were always very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Parma.

The hotel is just outside the train station and within a walking distance to the city centre. There are also buses on the lower level of the train station that will take you the city centre. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful; she gave us a much information as a tourist office agent. Comfortable beds.

Location near station bus and train. Parking underground and safe. Rooms more than adequate with airco. Breakfast without eggs and bacon but that suits me just fine.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was complete and the staff were also very helpful. the whole hotel seemed to have gone through a recent renovation so everything is on point. AC works very well and location could not be better if you are using the train

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, big room and huge, comfortable bed. Parking garage nearby (for small and medium size cars only).

Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned properly. The hotel (and it's parking garage) is in a street which is authorized-use-only, we passed 3 No-entry signs (with some italian exceptions) on the last 200 meters...It was really confusing (but probably it's just normal in Italy).
