Simply the best!

The host communicated with me directly during the entire stay, making sure we were comfortable, if we needed anything, gave us a list of recommended restaurants and everything.. Everything was absolutely perfect and super comfortable. I would recommend this place to anybody who is going to Parma.

Easy location to train station and town for walking. Nice and secure. Had a fridge and air con, clean and communication was easy.

The only thing I would say is the bathroom is pretty awkward, not a lot of room to use the toilet if you are tall or a bigger person as it's right next to the shower and a wall opposite it, but it was fine for a couple of days

Had some issues with the keys to the property. Didn't know how to lock the door and could have used more instructions on this since I locked other people out of the other units.

Great location, great place

Very clean, cozy place in good location. Even though the room was small, but it fits everything you need and plenty space for one person. Helpfull owner, sent a list of restaurants and caffes for any meal you want.

Clean appartment with good location to explore Parma

Great location, authentic building and feel due to the wooden beams in the room. Easy access with self check-in and the place offers all facilities you need.

In the mornings it was a little bit noisy because the windows of the room are connected to the staircase and you can hear other neighbours coming down with their kids in time for school. Other than that, perfect!

Very quiet street, clean room, mini fridge and everything was available in the room. The owner was very kind and helpful. If I will turn back to Parma one day, I am sure I would like to book a room in Residenzq Borgo Guazzo...Brava 🙂👍 Thank you for everything

Super clean. Good location, 10mins to train station, 10 minutes to town centre.

Breakfast provided at bar next door was fine. Super clean bathroom. Good walking distance to centre of Parma (10-15 mins). Good communication with owners about self-check in (key box). Nice to have a fridge.

Room a little small and window gives over central "courtyard well" but fine for short stay. Nowhere to leave luggage after check out.

Location is very good. Communication with staff was prompt and helpful. Self check-in in was ideal because we arrived super late.

Good location and cleanliness. Comfortable with very good AC. Fridge and kettle available, with complimentary assortment of teas available . The tiling in the bathroom looks very nice 😁

Very nice accomodation in the centre of Parma. The owner was very kind. I had an issue with internet and he immediatly solved it.

The bed was not very comfortable as the pillow was a little bit too hard.

Very well appointed room, clean and comfortable, with an efficient A/C. Excellent position close to the centre and the train station. Very friendly manager.

The room is truly small, even though I guess it is not meant for people spending there much time.

Struttura vicino al centro. Stanza doppia di dimensioni giuste con bagno con tutto l'occorrenre, ristrutturato di recente e pulito. Contatti con host via WhatsApp. Molto disponibile e tutto molto facile.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, si sentiva a tratti un rumore forse dovuto all'attivazione della caldaia.

Un weekend da ripetere

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la residenza Borgo Guazzo nel weekend di San Valentino. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Parma ed è vicina ad un parcheggio coperto, comodo per lasciare la propria macchina. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. L’host Antonio gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
