Good value for money, I would stay there again

Location was ok, had to check in at the Novotel not very far, someone took us by car to the place. It has a kitchen with utensils if staying longer, no kettle in room, a laundry room was available but looked like a dungeon so dark.

It was ok for the two days we were there, enough restaurants and supermarket in the area.

I understand why the rating is not high. In order to pick up the keys, you will first need to come to a different address and give the keys there too. They ask for a deposit of $ 100, not everyone can pay attention to this in the description on the site. At the beginning they will answer you where to drive up, then they will not answer more than one message. The apartments are not comfortable and not worth the money!

good sized room and very clean. close to the train station, and good for one night in parma. the checkin was easy, at a nearby hotel with 24h reception (no coordination needed).

bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom sink was jammed. luckily there was a second sink in the kitchenette for the short stay. however, nobody responded to my message to the host; it was only commented upon at check out.

This is what i wrote to Novotel, they insist that their account is correct As I mentioned the confirmation of BOOKING.com says that I have to pay on site EUR 782.00, tax EUR 84 included (EUR 21 by couple). Usually I pay on site what BOOKING.com confirms, this are the rules for the hotels, also for Novotel. The voucher has a confirmed amount of EUR 607.50 ok so far. Booking.com taxes included EUR 786.00 (see BOOKING.com confirmation attached) -Voucher EUR 607.50- Remaining amount EUR 178.50 Amount by couple EUR 44.63 They paid Invoise Novotel EUR 81.75 Difference to credit EUR 37.12 Where is the problem, I don t know. It seems that Novotel doesn’t respect the confirmation of BOOKING.com. See attached document that mentioned “Final Price (taxes included), You’ll pay 786 in EUR). This means two amounts are confirmed Voucher EUR 607.50 and confirmation of BOOKING.com EUR 782.00. Where is the difference?

Worst place ever. Nothing like the pictures or the description. Just A creepy apartment in a creepy in a creepy building. No plugs by the bed, no sofa /sofabed in the room. (3 beds)-parking, if you can find it on the street, free until 9 AM. Next to a bank-The alarm was going off nonstop for the 15 minutes we were there before we fled and moved into the main hotel that rents this awful apt bldg. They explained at the Novuhotel that some of the descriptions applied to the three or four star hotel and was generally listed also for this creepy alternative $$$$ worth -$.

Absolutely not what I booked and paid for. Not recommendable if you travel by car.

It was a modern appartement in the city center,

It was not at all the hotel I booked. It was an apartment complex in a completely different area, in the city center. No parking possibility, I parked my cars miles away. No staff - I got the key at Novotel, as requested in the e-mail I got beforehand. No bathtub, although I insisted, due to a back problem, but just a big shower. It was loud outside, very loud. Not really funny. 30 Euros charged for late check out.

A very nice and clean accommodation with one large and one smaller bed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone willing to see the old town of Parma as the location is very good, close to all the most important sights of the city.

El alojamiento no era precisamente en el 1er alojamiento si no cuando fui al alojamiento, ahí me dijeron en otro lado y estaba cansado del viaje y tenía que volver a caminar 20min más porque tenía que buscar las llaves y después devolverla al sitio principal

Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ordnung.

Etwas umständlich ist das Einchecken in einem Hotel in der Nähe. Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte das unbequem werden, da die Parkplatzsuche in dieser Gegend nicht einfach ist. Es wird eine Kaution von 100 € verlangt, über die zuvor nicht informiert wird. Ich habe sie 14 Tage nach der Reise noch nicht zurückbekommen, obwohl bei der Abreise versichert wurde, daß das recht schnell ginge. Im Zimmer liegen keine Informationen aus ( z.B. Wlan- Zugang, Rauchverbot- für dessen Nichtbeachtung die Kaution fällig wäre-, Herdbenützung, die nach Angaben anderer Gäste angeblich zusätzlich Geld kostet. Wasserkocher aber gibt es nicht.)

La posizione è molto buona, dietro al centro raggiungibile a piedi. C'è un grande parcheggio di fronte la struttura.

Le camere sono molto datate, la porta non si apriva. Il bagno era sporco. Lo staff confuso e poco accogliente.

La posizione, vicina al, centro e con una pizzeria proprio sotto l'appartamento

Pulizia scarsa, mobilio vetusto e tanta polvere, cestino del bagno con rifiuti dei precedenti inquilini. Personale al check in non molto chiaro, credo che anticipare 100 euro come cauzione sia eccessivo, soprattutto perché poi viene riferito che potrebbero volerci fino a 15 giorni per il rimborso.
