Superb!

The room was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very comfortable, with a well-functioning AC, and conveniently located near the city center. The owner kindly allowed us to check in early, so we could explore the city without worrying about our luggage.

The lights on the hall turn off we are standing there, and that is super annoying. There’s also stairs to get to the elevator, also annoying but common in Italy.

A pleasant and easy stay with great facilities

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a shared area with a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch. Access to the apartment was fully automated via a code, making everything very easy. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, and the building also has an elevator, which was very convenient.

Very Impressive

Antonio was always in contact and made sure anything we needed was on hand. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of hanging space and a usable desk. Hands down one of the best showers I've been in anywhere I've travelled. Bed was firm but that's how I like them. Added bonus loved not having to mess around with keys.

Not a complaint maybe more of a tip the bedside lights could be dimmer or warmer as very bright for anyone needing to use the bathroom in the night without waking the other person or just wanting a cosy night light

Buona posizione, facilmente raggiungibile e con ampio parcheggio a pagamento (12€ per l’intera giornata) nelle vicinanze. Il gestore ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti dove mangiare e cosa vedere nei dintorni della città e in città. Acqua succhi te e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti.

Posizione comoda, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a soli 5 minuti dal centro storico. Camera nuova, spaziosa e accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha fornito informazioni utili per il soggiorno ed erano a disposizione cibo per la colazione e caffè.

È presente un lieve rumore dovuto al passaggio delle auto nella via sottostante la camera, comunque contenuto e non fastidioso.

Facilità di accesso, istruzioni chiare e dettagliate, pulizia impeccabile, dotazione completa di asciugamani, letto non troppo rigido ma nemmeno molle o cedevole perfetto per chi ha qualche problema di schiena, molto silenzioso, finiture come nuove, cura e gentilezza della comunicazione del gestore, buon rapporto qualità - prezzo

Non vi è niente che non mi è piaciuto; suggerisco una selezione di filtri di infusi più ampia per chi ama farsi una tisana serale o notturna, qualche info sui bar più vicini consigliati per una prima colazione, spiegazioni sulla presenza e uso chiavi alternative ai codici di apertura porte

Adequate for my purposes, very friendly host if you get to meet him

*Antonio was on his way out when I arrived, but postponed his plans to welcome me, show me up to the room, how to work the keys, etc. He even carried my luggage! He engaged in conversation willingly & took me to his private balcony to show me the location of the commune building I asked about. He gave me 3 restaurant recommendations without hesitation, indicating he really had preferences to share. *Antonio shared his What's App which turned out to be helpful *it was super quiet, I never ran into anyone else in the common area or the building! *my view was of the courtyard which was nice and also provided quiet from street noise. *best pillows of my trip!

*wifi info was not given to me at the start, I had to text Antonio on What's App to get it *wifi proved a bit slow so I used my phone's hotspot *the breakfast offerings were a bit skimpy *I think the fact that the room was on the 3rd floor and required multiple keys/pin #'s to get to should be clarified in the description, as well as the fact that the 'front' door is very unobtrusive. I walked right by it despite my google maps walking aid said it I had arrived!

Consigliatissimo!

Posizione ottima per raggiungere sia la stazione sia il centro storico. Stanza ampia, bagno grande con bella doccia. Inizialmente abbiamo trovato l'affaccio su viale Mentana, che è piuttosto trafficato, un po' rumoroso. Condizionatore/riscaldamento molto efficace. Bottiglietta d'acqua e di succo di frutta nel minifrigo in camera, molto gradite. Possibilità di farsi tisane e caffè nella stanza di ingresso, con anche merendine confezionate a disposizione dei clienti. Letti comodissimi. Comunicazione con il proprietario eccellente: persona gentilissima e disponibile all'ennesima potenza. Io stessa ho creato un problema con il checkout e mi ha sopportato con pazienza infinita.

La ubicación es muy buena. Apenas a trescientos metros de la Estación de Parma. A pocos metros del centro cultural y comercial. Fácil acceso. Desayuno normal pero cafetera a disposición las 24 hs lo que otorga un plus al servicio

Локация отличная, подъезд чистый ) бесконтактное заселение легкое, спасибо Антонио, он всегда был на связи и дал четкие инструкции по заселению, ванная комната была чистой, были шампунь и гель для душа,единственное замечание пыльные шторы, хотела открыть окно и увидела что штора очень пыльная((, белье было белое но уже немного изношено, наволочка с дырочками(( видимо пора менять 😂 Мини холодильник имелся, сок и вода прохладные 👍 В лобби чай, кофе и сладости.
