Location is very good. Walking distance to railway station and old town. Hotel does not use its potential. Breakfast was very bad and service could be better. Rooms and lobby areas needs a big upgrade before hotel can reach 4 stars.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.

Nice hotel , very close to the station and all places of interest . I was checked in earlier - the room was ready. The staff tried to accommodate my requests-as a tea kettle in the room. My bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. Breakfast was modest but nice. My only negative thing- instead of a shower was a bath. I find it inconvenient climbing in.. But if in Parma, will consider to comeback.

It was labelled as 4* I’d say 3 at most. Room was small and not what was pictured. Close to the main shops and restaurants, but didn’t feel overly safe. Breakfast buffet was good.

Seen not very good reviews of this property on various platforms but was far enough to walk from the station without being in the immediate vicinity of station. We know people who live in Parma and they advised to stay clear of the station area as it is dodgy, especially at night, so this left us with little choice. However, it was better than expected. Staff are not the warmest (except an Asian receptionist who was always friendly). Room was large and quite smart looking and in generally good condition. Even so, we had a few issues after checking in but they were resolved quickly and without fuss. Wifi and a/c worked fine. Bathroom was good with large towels and decent toiletries. Breakfast was adequate but if you came down to eat towards the end of breakfast time there was not too much left and the few breakfast staff did nothing to replenish. Location to town centre was good and what was particularly nice was that the road the hotel was on was lined with lime trees and the the blossoms were in bloom and the air smelt lovely.

Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable.
