An ok one night stay with a pet but we wouldn’t book again

Very pet friendly room with grassed balcony. Spacious, clean bathroom

Breakfast was varied but poor quality. The pool is deceptively small and didn’t open until 11am so no good for a pre-breakfast swim which was what we’d wanted.

This hotel was super clean and the bed was comfortable and the balcony perfect for us as we somke, the staff where so helpful and the girls of the breakfast side where so kind and sweet with us and even the reception staff where helpful. Will recommend this hotel for sure and it's just 10min by car away from central of Parma ❤️ And value for money

Excellent Hotel !

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff. Beautiful room with good facilities Outside balcony was a plus. Breakfast was very good and the best we've had touring France and Italy for 2 weeks. Excellent value at only 5 euros !

The location was a bit far from the historic centre and was a 30 minute walk.

It's ok for one or two nights

Nice room .big balcony . Coffee corner well equipped . Good american coffee during breakfast. Bed was very big and comfortable.

When I entered the room I felt very strong smell of parfum from the previous guest. It took a long time until its gone. Other guests was soooo freaking loud especially all of the kids who was staying in the rooms near me. It so annoying and zero manners. Around 00.30 they kept behaving like its their own property and nobody is around. So bad. Breakfast was a bit poor. But its totally worth its cost of 5 euro. Staff was so kind and friendly.

it was fine. staff is the best part of the hotel.

good location off the highway, easy to find. free parking was what we appreciate. loading & unloading was easy via the parking lot being so close. and the balcony was so nice to sit outside & get some air before bed.

the floors were very dirty. rooms needed to be vacuumed or swept. laminate flooring shows every bit of dirt. these floors hasn’t been swept in days. safe didn’t work, no power. toilet kept running and running. old shaver outlet fried our shaver charger. pillows were very thin. also… this hotel is no where near the city center. someone else said a 15 min walk… it is NOT. it’s about a 15 min drive!

Great stay in Parma

Intended to stay for one night and liked it so much, we ended up staying for two nights. The hotel is nice and renovated, the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi to the center is the best option in our opinion, as it is fast and cheap. Would recommend!

Great restaurant service, disappointing hotel

Marco the restaurant waiter made the hotel, he went above and beyond to help, hotel not really really dog friendly my daughter had to stay with her in the room while we went to the restaurant Marco arranged for room service for her, in the restaurant he provides 5 staff service excellent recommendations for food absolutely brilliant man

Not really friendly for larger dogs, worse still the pool Is only open from 2pm to 7pm rubbish excuse using part of terrace for breakfast somehow means pool can’t be used until 2pm!!!!
