Great place for families!

Our family room was HUGE! It was great for our family of 4. I would definitely stay there again! Also, it's right across the street from a supermarket and restaurants. Couldn't beat this fantastic location.

A tour bus with a LOT of people arrived a few hours after us and their bus blocked our vehicle's movements for a short period of time. I'm just not a fan when I see large tour buses with loads of people staying at the same place as me :/

A nice hotel not far from the station and town, with a park nearby.

Liked the size of the room and bathroom, having a kettle and fridge. Good hanging space. Good location to walk into Parma’s centre or take the train to other places like Modena and Bologna.

The air conditioning had not been activated yet and the heat in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Window opened out but no safety catch. No hot water and coffee tepid at breakfast.

I would recommend this hotel for a few days stay.

My superior double room was upgraded to deluxe double for free. Big room, very clean facilities, good breakfast. About 15 minutes to the city center. Big supermarket on the opposite side of the hotel. Big park behind the hotel - there is the shortest way to the heart of the city.

The temperatur in the room, It was to hot in the room. It was not possible to adjust the temperature of the heating sytem or to use the aircosystem.

Superb

very large room, nicely furnished (style a little bit oldish but very nice and pleasant), well equipped, comfortable, no noise. No breakfast this time, but we had it in a previous occasion and we have a good memory of it. Ten to 15 min walking from the railway station, 15 to 20 min walking to the city center (10 min by car or taxi). A beautiful park on the back of the hotel. Very, very good value for money.

Beautiful hotel with old classic charm, plush sofas and old paintings. Spotlessly clean and spacious room with beautiful wallpaper and matching furniture. Professional staff. The breakfast was amazing!

Compared to the photos on the website, the room was very dark. Partly due to concrete walls of the building stretching further than the windows (can't explain it better), and partly due to what seems to be a film on the windows that protects the room from too much sun.

Timeless beauty in the green heart of Parma

Beautiful vintage hotel in a green area of Parma (next to the Parco Ducale), outside of the restricted traffic area but still within walking distance from the city center. Friendly personnel, clean and cool rooms, comfortable beds, large parking area, nice terrace in front of the hotel to have a drink. Very highly recommend this hotel

Good location but very small room

The location

The room was VERY small. The shower was not clean. No refrigerator. No lights outside of the room. It was dark and hard to find the room. The picture shows a way much bigger and nicer room. The cabinet/ armoire needed to be dusted

The hotel is very close to the center. You just take a stroll trough the very nice park and you are in the center. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. I espetially enjoyed the breakfast, wich was delicious.
