Beautiful hotel and worthy of another visit next year

Very welcoming at the front desk and had free parking right by the door. The room was lovely and the bed/bedding comfortable. It was very soundproof to the outside and adjacent rooms Everything was spotless. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast buffet and cappuccino. From the hotel it was a walkable distance to the city center for shopping and dining. We liked Parma as it is a very authentic town and not buzzing with tourists.

This hotel provides an affordable, comfortable, smart choice!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was nice. Oddly, their lovely restaurant wasn’t open Sat or Sunday, so we weren’t able to try it but it has a great reputation! Not expensive … a good value!

Nice hotel, helpful staff, it was a short one night stay only. We didn't have a breakfast, so I can't rate it. We also didn't have a chance to visit Michelin restaurant Cocchi, but I assume it is great.

Polar opposites

Absolutely amazing restaurant Cocchi. The cuisine and preparation is impeccable.

Unfortunately, the hotel paled in comparison to the restaurant, which are separately owned. Not so clean, shabby interior of the rooms, mediocre bed and not a nice view of a busy road. If the owners completely rethought their branding, interiors, amenities and facilities they would have a jewel on their hands in partnership with the fabulous restaurant.

Perfect place ☺️

Super friendly staff. We had a free parking and did not pay extra for our two dogs who were warmly welcomed. Great location if you travel by car, near a beautiful park, 15 mins walk to the old town.
