Great for a 1 night stay

We had a two room suite with a very tiny kitchenette hidden in a closet. We were just staying for one night and didn't need the kitchen/dining area, so the size and lack of usable items didn't bother us. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of plugs to charge our devices in the bedroom. The bathroom was modern and clean. We were overlooking an inner courtyard so it was quiet. The location was central and easy to get around Parma. We could walk to most of the centre in 10 - 15 minutes. There was a public car park a 5 minute walk the other way where we could leave our car for the duration of our stay.

We really only needed the bedroom for our 1-night stay, however, the kitchen / dining room area had just one small table for 2 people and a pretty uncomfortable looking desk / workspace. There was no sofa or comfortable chairs to sit in. The bathroom lighting wasn't great and the shower was right next to a window which if you closed over for privacy made it hard to see whilst in the shower. We'd had trouble with mosquitoes in other places in Italy on our trip so kept the windows closed. The air conditioning was not very powerful so it was a bit warm, despite it being October.

A very good location: while in strictly city centre but yet in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Good contact with the hotel staff. Nice and comfortable appartment.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a great location

Spacious, high ceilinged rooms in a quiet building on a buzzy but calm street, great location for old town, restaurants. Great Cafe Torrefazione Pelco very close by. 7 mins walk to parking Repubblica. Owner Marco was very helpful and accommodating and gave good dining recommendations. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again and I do recommend it.

Lack of stoppers in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Some of the surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom need a deeper clean. But these were minor faults.

Parma + Parisian Suites are excellent to visit

This property is on a very active main street and close to all of the major attractions that I was interested in! My room was exceptionally comfortable with all advertised fixtures available for use. All staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. It’s also close to main transportation, train and bus stations.

This is not a big issue, but I will mention the food offered at the restaurant is absolutely delicious but the portions are small. Perhaps I just enjoyed it so much that I wanted more than was delivered.

Excellent facility to visit Parma

Really spacious and comfortable. The lounge and kitchenette were good and the bathroom and bed really superb. I arrived on a Monday when the restaurant was closed but someone kept in touch to ensure I could access the room.

Location was excellent. The restaurant downstairs was Top Notch off the Hook, Exquisite. The Chef suggested several top rated local restaurants. Staff was Great. If you needed something all you had to do was ask.

Breakfast came on a tray at 8:30. It was so so. Could have been delivered earlier. Designer Suite look great but lighting and clear glass window in the shower was exhibitionistic

Convenient location to large parking and the owner and staff were helpful and flexible with dropping our bags off early and leaving them in our departure day.

Relatively small bedroom and the suite lacked sufficient lighting to compensate for an internal dim courtyard setting.

6-7 min walk from the very city centre. Simple but good enough studio for a short stay. Bathroom is modern and clean. Good WiFi connection. There's a small kitchenette, which we did not try since had lunch and dinner out.

great location- easy walk into town along one street that is lined with shops and restaurants. spacious room and bathroom and living area. . pleasant and helpful staffs.

poor breakfast- served individually to your room and was very basic with a high sugar contents. one window in living room could not open so it was a bit safe and the AC in the bedroom did not work well. very small elevator that is badly located because we still had to carry suitcases up and down stairs to get to the room.

Rest, eat and experience local traditions

Very friendly and nice hosts. Apartment is very clean and would fit for longer stay, because it has a kitchen and all necessary equipment. Neighbors were quiet and no noise from the street were heard in the room. Many shops are located on the same street, so it is easy to go to shopping. Car parking area for longer parking is in short walking distance. We were surprised to find that there is a Michelin star restaurant at the same building and owned by the same family. Big thanks to the Chef and staff for such great tastes and experience. Experience, because additionally to food we’ve learned a lot about about local food and wine traditions.

Good hotel, parking too far away

Great location with access to public transport, restaurant and bars.

I chose Parizzi suites as it stated it had parking and I am post hip surgery. What they failed to mention that parking was 400 metres from the hotel. Had I known that I would not have booked under my current circumstances.
