Excellent choice for a two night discovery of Parma
Hotel has excellent location and easy access by car outside of the restricted traffic area, with underground car park nearby for small extra charge. Nice restaurants within walking distance, and slightly longer walk to the main attractions of the town. Good breakfast.
Nothing really - but if you are not a walker you might need a hotel nearer the duomo/centre of town.

The hotel is lovely - some staff not as pleasant, restaurant not that good! For 5 star disappointing -paper cups in suite, no wash cloths, no complimentary water. Lighting poor- over all not a 5 star but nice

This was billed as a 5 star hotel. Internally carpets were stained and dirty, there were picture frames without pictures and towels were heavily worn.

Great hotel in the center of Parma
Beautiful hotel located just a few hundred metres outside the city center of Parma. Rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. Parking garage is right at the hotel.
Breakfast is good for Italian standards - would have expected just a bit more for a 5-star hotel, e.g. fresh juice instead of pre-made. Selection of fruits is good though.

Great stay! Reasonable price and fantastic staff!
The staff was very helpful and gave us the best dinner recommendation of our entire trip! Also, I asked for a feather pillow and it was delivered immediately. It was very clean!
We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light so it stayed on all night and made for a bad nights sleep. Ask before you go to the room.

If you just here for business and have no expectations for the five star hotel. Then it’s a good choice for you.
The location is great! In the centre of Parma and also in a mall where you can find many restaurants and supermarket! Breakfast was good, had a variety of food and drinks.
Since this is a five-star hotel, we came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, there were a few areas where our experience fell short: 1. After check-in, we had two large suitcases and several additional bags. The concierge didn’t offer assistance until I specifically asked. Even then, he didn’t use a luggage cart—he only helped with the two suitcases, while we had to carry the rest of the bags ourselves to the room. 2. There was no kettle, bottled water, or tea provided in the room—none of the basic complimentary amenities you’d usually expect in a five-star hotel. 3. When we arrived, the temperature was over 20°C. After carrying all our luggage, the room felt quite warm, so we tried to turn on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working. When we asked at reception, we were told that the AC is turned off during this time of year.
