Beautiful and comfortable room in delightful Parma!

Beautifully restored building with a fabulous bathroom and very comfortable bed and linens. Electronic entry system functions very well. On a quiet street close to centre of town.

The room was a bit dark and on the ground floor.

The location is great, easy street parking. We rented 3 apts the inside are well design and convenient. Great kitchen area and bathrooms.

The big issue was the AC did not work properly and was set too hot to even sleep. We tried lowering the temperature but did not work at all and if happened in all of our apts. This needs to be regulated corrected so other guests avoid having this experience.

Very clean place, nice bed and very good location! The host is very helpful and came with great suggestions! Overall a great stay!

It was a bit noisy from the street, didnt disturb us so much but worth noting. Also the kitchen missed a cutting board and a bigger knife, so suitable for very simple cooking!

Excellent room, with exceptional taste, very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and facilitated all requests

The appartment was located very close to an area full of bars and there was noise during the night on Friday and Saturday, while cars were parked on the pavement in front of the entrance

Location was wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed. The original architectural details and high ceilings were lovely. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Ernesto was easily contacted and very helpful.
