Nice rooms, lobby was too hot/unusable and restaurant closed on weekends

Property was new and clean, good location off Ty’s freeway, staff was nice

The lobby is beautiful and spacious but WAY too hot and unpleasant, so guests can’t even use it. I was forced to wait for my ride outside by the smoking area, sitting on my luggage. Please invest in the AC and keep the lobby comfortable for guests, as the unpleasant temperature diminishes the whole experience. Also, the restaurant should not be closed on weekends. This makes no sense.

Every evening it was necessary to ask for new shower gel. One day the electric kettle was removed from the room. The bathroom door has very noisy locking mechanism.

Location is good if you need to go to the fiera by car, far from the center though

No coffee/tea available in the room. Issues with internet, apparently their network is not compatible with company imaged laptop.. Breakfast seemed to display pastries from previous days, it didnt feel fresh

Big and free parking. Breakfast was good but only if you wake up early to find food. Clean and quiet area

After 9 you can barely find something to eat and they say breakfast is untill 10. No slippers and bathrobe provided

Very modern and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and polite.

Only downside was no restaurant, room service or any form of hot food available on a Sunday evening when we arrived. Had to walk 7 or 8 minutes to the nearest restaurant that was open. Thankfully the weather was dry.
