It was a one night stay on our way to Cinque Terre. Front desk staff was polite and willing to assist in anything we needed.

Decent hotel with good access.

The rooms were nicely decorated and maintained well. Good location with easy access from autostrada. Good spacious bathroom with clean facilities.

The hot food in the breakfast was inedible. The parking was disorganised and full.

Very good choice for sleepover when traveling

Clean, spacious room. Very nice and soft linen. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was good, not excellent but good. Employees were friendly

We stayed on the 1st floor, and was very noisy. We could hear what was happening in the bar and on the reception. The isolation of the room was terrible in general also in relation with other rooms and corridor.. Not close to the city center, you will need a 10min drive by car (no public transportation around).

Short and ok but not great

Free parking.

Very basic. Most critical point is that the hotel only informed us via booking.com message that the restaurant is closed after we made a non refundable booking. But maybe this is something booking.com should have pointed out before the booking. Before we started our trip we asked the hotel via booking.com message if there is gluten free breakfast, but received no reply except that the restaurant is closed but that breakfast is available.

Clean and perfect room for family to rest, with even small kettle and pair of cups to have tea in the room.

Bad

The room was clean but no atmosphere. Location poor.

Staff unfriendly and austere. Food was terrible and service grim. Felt like a mausoleum. We were not made to feel welcome and in fact, as we were obviously not "business" people it appeared that we were "below standard" guests! Will never stay again and do not recommend.
