A little gem in an urban area of Parma

A little oasis in the middle of the industrial buildings of Parma. Very quiet and homie, the host is really nice and welcoming.

we have been charged 20 euros for the dog, but pets were accepted anyway...don't quite get it...either you accept pets or better not...

Set in pleasant gardens. Given a warm welcome by proprietor on arrival. Big spacious apartment. We're able to book 2 hours before arrival.

We thought that €30 pet charge was a bit excessive for three small dogs sleeping in our cage in the room.

Nice apartment, suboptimal location

We stayed for two nights. The apartment is nice and spacious and you have a nice view on the huge garden. The hosts are very nice.

Breakfast was virtually not existent. Half a litre of milk for the first day, instant coffee (in Italy!) and cookies is not quite pleasant. Furthermore, one should be aware that next to the house there is a highway passing by, which might get loud.

Cascina ristrutturata in uno spazio verde e silenzioso. Angolo cottura dotato di tutto. Te', zucchero, etc... a disposizione.

Breve ma estremamente piacevole!

Mi è piaciuto l'ambiente sia interno che esterno. Tutto molto curato. La signora è stata molto gentile e ci ha aspettato anche se eravamo molto in ritardo. Colazione sufficiente, pulizia buona, arredamento rilassante e curato nei minimi particolari. Letto comodissimo, lenzuola profumate. Sembra di stare in aperta campagna, invece è molto vicino alla strada, ma i rumori non si percepiscono. L'ambiente è rilassante e lo sguardo vede solo verde e alberi. Ci è piaciuto molto!

Il portone di ingresso della struttura non è ben segnalato e ci abbiamo messo un po' prima di trovare l'entrata nonostante Google maps. Forse però era tardi e non abbiamo visto bene le insegne, non saprei.

Sehr authentisches B&B, gastfreundlich, schön und ruhig im Grünen gelegen! Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, eigene Veranda und Snacks stehen zur Verfügung. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Geweldige accommodatie, zeer aan te raden

Zeer comfortabele appartementen in een mooie groene omgeving. Het complex is omgeven door veel bomen en is erg groot. Het zit aan een autoweg, maar je hebt er absoluut geen last van. Het complex is heel rustig. Met de auto ben je binnen 8 min vlakbij het centrum waar je vaak gratis kunt parkeren. Je steekt de brug over en je bent in het centrum.
