Good place for its money

The lovely manager was really nice. The place is good. The breakfast is simple Italian breakfast. The room was quite big, we were missing the washing machine even though it was mentioned in the facilities list. But all was good. Far a way from the city center, but big supermarkets are right about the corner. They have Private free parking

the apartment was a nice size, our stay was good.

30 minute walk to city, we enjoyed that. Quiet neighborhood, secure parking.

Staff was really friendly and even helped us check-in after working hours. Lot of space for parking and really big rooms.

AC was big and noisy, but it’s possible to turn it off so not really a problem at our stay.

Everything just perfect!

We got a bigger room for the same price for a studio and we were really satisfied with the apartment. The rooms are clean and it's not far from the city center. The personal is also very friendly and we will definitely come again to this residence.

Only let down was the shower, old and doesn't spray properly. Good day starts with a decent shower, hence I think this should be looked into.

bene ma non benissimo

bella la posizione, il monolocale aveva tutto quello che serviva, spratutto utile lo spazio cucina e frigo. Era pulito con uno suo stile dal punto di vista estetico. anche carina la corte interna dove pacheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.

i materassi erano poco comodi sopratutto per il fatto che erano 2 singoli attaccati per farci un matrimoniale, e nn era menzionato nell'annuncio. La pompa di calore molto datata, faceva un rumore fastidioso ad una certa per scaldare, l'ambiente. l'abbiamo dovuto spegnere. La colazione: nota dolente. Da fare al bar e non sapevamo che questa era l'opzione (c'era scritto solo "Questo residence offre una colazione italiana"). Consisteva solo in un cappuccino e una pasta (niente di che). C'era tanta gente ed abbiamo aspettato 10 min prima di ordinare, per poi sederci ad un tavolo che era da pulire.

La posizione comodissima sia rispetto al poter raggiungere la struttura dall’autostrada che i molti servizi poco distanti: Esselunga, centro commerciale e diversi locali per cenare ( da McDonald al giapponese )

L'appartement était assez grand et bien équipé avec une kitchenette et parking privé gratuit.

Appartement assez bruyant car proche de la route et d'un carrefour.

Idéal pour séjourner confortablement à Parme, surtout avec une voiture !

De passage à Parme pour deux nuits, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte qui a gentiment répondu à toutes nos attentes. La chambre était confortable, calme, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le parking était facile et gratuit dans la résidence. L’établissement est relié au centre ville par plusieurs bus qui passent devant l’hôtel, ce qui est très pratique.

Colazione fuori struttura con possibilità di solo dolce ma comprensibile che possa essere impattante dal punto di vista organizzativo, comunque coperta dalla struttura a mezzo di buono da consegnare al bar convenzionato, veramente piccola cosa in confronto alla buona qualità del soggiorno!

La posizione e il parcheggio. Host molto gentile.

L'odore in camera: tremendo. Tutti i tessuti impregnati di odore di cibo. Anche l'arredo della camera molto datato e in bagno box doccia rovinatissimo. La colazione fuori dalla struttura e con una scelta ridotta.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, luminosi e completamente accessoriati — ideali sia per chi viaggia in coppia che in famiglia. Luca è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza con un sorriso. La posizione è perfetta. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca qualità, comfort e accoglienza sincera!

Pulizia scarsa..

Posizione strategica. Personale molto disponibile e il proprietario é gentilissimo. Colazione al bar buonissima.

La pulizia è davvero scarsa. Noi avevamo un appartamento con due bagni e uno non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo perché era pieno di cimici (quelle verdi puzzolenti). C'erano ragnatele ovunque e i ragni penzolavano dalle scale. Le camere da letto al piano superiore si raggiungono con una scala molto scomoda. L'appartamento é carino, ma bisognerebbe pulirlo da cima a fondo, anche perché 140 euro sono troppi per come si presenta. Peccato.

Une bonne adresse pour un passage à Parme car très spacieux.

Chambre ultra spacieuse et possibilité de faire un peu de cuisine. Bus en face de la résidence pour se rendre dans le centre de Parme. Parking sécurisé. Nous avons aimé l’ambiance italienne avec un carrelage à l’ancienne . Ce qui faisait la beauté des lieux. Le petit déjeuner dans le bar d’à côté avec choix d’une boisson chaude et d’un croissant au choix car plusieurs variétés et un très bel accueil.

Problème avec les volets qui ne se crochetaient pas, du coup nous étions obligés de les laisser fermés. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine seulement une cuillère à café, deux couteaux… et la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit.

Die Unterkunft war für eine Übernachtung in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Preis mit Frühstück war in Ordnung für uns.

Das Apartment war im grossen und ganzen sauber. Es hatte an den Dachfenstern einige Spinnwaben. Das wurde länger nicht mehr gründlich gereiningt. Die Möbel waren aber teilweise sehr abgenutzt. In der Küche gab es defekte Küchenblenden. Im Gefrierschrank lagen immer noch Eiswürfelbeutel und Coolpacks von vorherigen Gästen. Im Badezimmer waren die Armaturen in der Dusche defekt, sodass man den Duschkopf nicht aufsetzten konnte. Für eine Übernachtung soweit ok, diese Wohnungen wurden aber sicher schon etwas länger nicht in Stand gesetzt.
