Very clean and well maintained

We were hesitant about the location but needed somewhere on our trip to stay for one night. We were more than happy with our choice. The manager saw us arrive and immediately came out to show us the reserved parking. Then we were greeted by Kristina who spoke English and some Greek which was a big surprise. The rooms are above a bar cafe which has an awesome atmosphere and every salami, ham cheese... and we arrived at happy hour for 5 euro spritz. The room has everything you need, fridge that fits big water bottles, hairdryer etc. comfortable and well set out. Bathroom supplies are there and good towels. Elevator from. The entrance is wheelchair friendly well though out. Wifi worked well. The room was quiet and had aircon. Breakfast was excellent. The biggest standout was the service from everyone we met. Smiling, happy to have us there, kind and thoughtful. Better than some five star resorts I've stayed. Thank you for making our one night feel so awesome. The people have made us think it's a place to return to explore or use as a base because of this is the people of Parma then we want to see more. Side note. They also had water and drinks and snacks in the room which was unexpected.

La camera davvero confortevole e spaziosa. Il bagno moderno e dotato di asciugamani morbidissimi, il letto molto comodo e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. La formula della colazione con voucher da 10€ ben pensata, vasta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati (il panino con il crudo era ottimo!!). Vi assicuro che ci si sazia anche se 10€ possono sembrare pochi. Ho apprezzato tanto che gli snack e bibite presenti in camera fossero già compresi nel prezzo.
