The room stank like mold from the air conditioner. They also admitted that they take pictures of your room when they come in to clean. I am still dealing with this as it’s a huge privacy violation. Beware that they take pictures of your things if you stay here

Noisy water pump in the backyard created a disturbance every 20 minutes. Big black mildew spot on the ceiling over the shower. Location unspectacular but a short taxi ride away from the beautiful center of Parma. Helpful staff.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and airy air conditioned family room with a large balcony, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and nice pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated as this in my experience is not always a given in Italian hotels. Some complaints about location but its only a 20 minute walk into the centre and a regular bus 6 into town until 7ish and the pool makes it well worth it. Taxi back from the Centre was only 8 euros from thextaxi rank in the main Piazza. Nice comfortable hotel, reasonable rates. Cant go wrong. Highly recommended. Only suggestion is a drying rack on the balcony would be useful. Thanks for a lovely stay in the beautiful city of Parma.

Nice property, well Located to Visit but was disappointed with the shower as there was mold on the tiles and did not apprear to be properly cleaned.

The air conditioning didn’t work / wasn’t sufficient to cool the room at this hotel which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the third bed was a rollaway sofa so it wasn’t as comfortable as expected! That said, we booked quite late so potentially there wasn’t enough time for the hotel to change it to a proper bed.

The hotel was surprisingly good and we were really happy we found this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped us with the EV-charging station that was free of charge (huge plus for us!). The pool was fine too and the kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast was quite simple but nothing to complain over.

This is a place that has everything to be perfect but fails on the important things. First, the building and the conditions are excellent. The the building and rooms look like new and everything is in perfect condition. Super clean and everything taking care of. The problem is that management does not seem to understand that the idea is to keep the clients happy. We have a couple of problems that are typical in Italy (if you are not from Italy be prepared because it is not uncommon). The main problem is the lack of AC. Even though the hotel states that they do have it, they do not turn it on. Basically, they only turn it on if you are close to the boiling point (in case you don't know, in Italy AC is considered evil). We had a couple of hot nights, and the staff claim that it was not hot enough to activate the AC. They told us to open the windows. The problem is, the trains pass in front of the hotel. So, you have to choose between being hot and the noise! As a result, we didn't sleep for three nights. That said, the staff is professional. It is just a cultural problem. However, these kind of problems should not appear in a 4 stars hotel that accept internationals. I have a couple of extra examples of the sort, but let's just leave it at that. Advice, if you are looking for a good place to relax and have the basics, do not come here. I definitively won't.

The staff at front desk are not polite, spoke to me in a rude tone, not prepare to welcome people, and definitely made my stay become a very bad experience. They treated me with no respect, they don’t speak any other language than italian, they told me, that being in Italy, Italian MUST be spoken, so it showed me they might be prepare only to receive locals and not interested in international travelers. In the other hand, the staff at the breakfast restaurant was polite, educated and helpful, the front desk staff needs to take MANY tips/ advices from them. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel and will never again stay in this hotel. I spend more than 100 usd for one night stay and for me it’s was not worth even one penny.

Beautiful hotel with many upgrades, good location and seems to be a business hotel, we have been traveling during off season. Only 1 issue with the hotel there was a painter doing touch ups and came in our room when we were put on a tour. He took my makeup bag off the stool in the bathroom and put it into the bidet so he could use the stool instead of using a ladder.
