Nice place, good breakfast just north of historic center

Private room in a suite of rooms with a shared common room where breakfast was served. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed. They provided a code to allow us early access to secure parking. Bus route to sights just around the corner.

Modern clean rooms, great value in Parma.

Modern clean rooms,comfortable bed, gated, easy parking, secure PIN code entry( no keys to worry about). Good sized shower ( not always the case in Europe!). Breakfast was good, nice common room available, staff are friendly and very helpful. Easy 15 mins walk to town centre or 5 mins to train station.

Very clean, beautifully furnished suite. The lady was very kind. The place felt very safe and we really appreciated the car park secured by a gate.

Met our needs and a lovely room

Large airy room with kitchen area well equipped. Nearer city centre than at first appeared. Secure parking at no extra cost

Unfortunately the street outside was less than welcoming. Building works, rubbish strewn around and a feeling of a run down area

Lovely apartment and staff

Spacious, clean, good lay out. Close proximity to train station. Really friendly staff - very accommodating.

Laneway to access the front gates did not feel safe. We saw one police arrest during the weekend in the lane and at other times, there were dodgy looking people hanging around.

I wish I could have had another day to spend more time in the apartment to maybe have a little mealr

I like the spaciousness. The simple industrial style. I was amazed at the breakfast room, the combination of old and modern and the breakfast was excellent. Best orange juice ever!

Parma is a great location to Parma Reggiano cheese tour as well as Balsamic and Prosciutto tours.

The owner was wonderful and very informative as well as her daughter, I believe her name was Marina. They recommended an amazing restaurant La Greppia, which we ate at twice it was only 10 minute walk. The place itself is very safe because the apartments and parking are behind huge gates. You use the pass codes to get through the gate into the parking lot, then go though another gate door for the building another code in the elevator and then into your bedroom door. Don't worry though it's all the same codes. They have a lovely large room they serve a continental breakfast including hard boil eggs. With tables & chairs also a couch and plants around the room. It's a very welcoming B & B. The Parma train station is right around the block from Piumaviola Beds & Apartments.

The block it's located on is a lot less desirable and is about a good 20 minute walk from the more touristy part of Parma with many more restaurants. Would not recommend walking around at night especially alone, take a cab or uber.

Greatly cared for apartment, just watch the high speedbump on the exit street

Very tastefully redesigned apartment complex that thinks about the little things that make trips better. Starting with easy communication before, easy check-in with provided access code, elevator, nice smell, cool and very clean room during heatwave on arrival, reserved parking with EV charger behind closed gate, nice common area with some fridge space and purchasable drinks, decent bathroom and jazz music over a decent buffet breakfast and a friendly owner. All the things that matter.

Only relatively minor upgrade suggested would be better a better mattress. One in our room was a bit ‘laid through’ and not really straight. Although it still slept ok. And nothing the owners can control, but the one way cross street in the exit direction has a super high speedbump. If you have a lower clearance car you will scrape it like we did. So then suggest to exit the parking to the right against traffic (for only 20 meters or so) to exit flat.

I would like to decorate my house like this!

Easy to park, secure and easy access which was very well organised. The decor was fabulous and perfectly clean and stylish. Attention to detail was fantastic and the owner was welcoming and full of smiles. Breakfast was good and in a lovely, communal environment. It was a short walk to the centre of Parma.

The location, at first glance, seemed a little out of the way but the walk in was fine.

Beautifully decorated room. The bed was very comfortable and the property is very well maintained. Parking is very convenient and lift access helpful.

Access to the city is a straightforward 10 minute walk but the property isn't in the best area. I'd still recommend staying here.

Very nice stay in Parma. The facilites are excellent for a short stay, with safe & gated parking for the car & location between highway & centre. It is a beautiful building with old character, completely modernised so that it is very comfortable. Great breakfast as well

Lovely Place

We really enjoyed our stay here you walk off the elevator into a lovely common room where they served breakfast every morning. Marianna, the daughter was lovely and would assist you with what ever you needed. She served Breakfast which was plentiful offering cereal, hard boil eggs, yogurt, meats and cheese also hot coffee, tea and juices. The Room was a really nice big size as was the bathroom and spotless. The location is safe, you enter through gates and park your car you need to put in your code 3-4 times to get into the building, up in the lift as well as into your room. It is located right around the corner from the Parma train station. It's only about a 10 minute walk to the National Gallery (Galleria Nazionale), then about another 10 minutes to the more tourist side of town. The owner, Marianna mother recommended and amazing restaurant only a 10 minute walk called La Ristorante La Greppia. It was so good we ate there twice.

The block Piumaviola beds and apartments is on is a little sketchy. However as soon as you walk around the block towards the Parma train station there is a hotel and it wasn't bad, I just would not recommend walking around at night if you are a single person. Overall this was not an issue the place is gated and you need to put in your code 3-4 times to get through the gate into the building, up in the lift as well as into your room.

It’s in a handy location to the centre of Parma. It’s just a short walk away. The rooms are super modern and fresh. We appreciated the advice we were given about the best place to shop too. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the soda water machine too.

Good place in Parma with gated parking

The room is big and had everything we needed. The shared areas are lovely decorated, which provides a cozy vibe. Breakfast is rather small but good. They do accomodate for gluten free options. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There is parking available on the property with gates protecting the cars.

The location of the place is around the central station of Parma. When walking into the town in the afternoon, we did not really feel safe and decided to take a taxi home in the evening. I would say during day time it is OK and overall this was not an issue (the place is gated and you need to put in your code 3-4 times to get into the building, up in the lift as well as into your room).

Very unique, stylish, classic still modern accommodation. We loved the enterior as well as the easy check in. There are reserved parking places for the guests. Hard and soft pillows of choice. We had a nice sleep.

Fantastic place, super cute, 10 out of 10, would reccomend and stay again.

The room was amazing. Clean, large, everything we needed. The large spa bath was sensational. While the room opened up to the communal/breakfast area, we didnt hear a thing on the day we slept in and the whole place was immaculate.

I dont really think it had any faults. Everything was as expected and descirbed on the website.
