The library room features two single beds and a desk. It features original cement tile floors and a remarkable 4.50 m ceiling height.
The room is equipped with bottled water, a kettle, a coffee machine, and ample storage space.
A relaxation area offers a peaceful view of the wooded park, perfect for working or simply enjoying the surroundings.
Its private bathroom is located on the same landing and is accessible via a corridor.
Welcome to Villa Speranza, a magnificent 500 m² villa dating from the late 19th century, set in a one-hectare flowered and wooded park, just a short walk from Parma city center. This exceptional location combines old-world charm with modern comforts, for an authentic Parmesan stay.
Access to the villa is via a stone staircase lined with flowers, leading to a vast shaded terrace furnished with a lounge and a summer dining room, perfect for relaxing or sharing an al fresco meal.
The grounds, dotted with tall trees, are home to a vegetable garden, two ponies, and two affectionate dogs, discreet companions of the property.
Parking is available directly in the grounds, for added convenience upon arrival.
Wi-Fi is available inside the villa.
On the ground floor, guests share warm and welcoming spaces with the family:
- A large entrance hall with old-world charm
- An elegant dining room, where breakfast is served every morning, with a beautiful view of the wooded grounds
- A shaded terrace overlooking the grounds where breakfast can also be served upon request.
These spaces are open to both guests and shared with the family living on site, in a respectful, simple, and authentic atmosphere. Please note that the kitchen is not accessible to guests.
Breakfast is included and consists of local produce and continental items. It is served in the family dining room or on the shaded terrace in fine weather.
The price indicated includes breakfast for 2 people. A discount will be given if you are alone.
