nice flat, excellent communication, clean - great for the fiera.

location very convenient for the fiera, free parking, there are a range of restaurants within 15 mins walk - it is a little further from town though, about 25-30 mins walk. good range of breakfast snacks, abundant excellent coffee, plenty of space and very clean. if you prefer to have fresher pastries for breakfast there is an excellent patisserie 5 mins walk away, we got some to take from there on the second day. bed comfortable, would have been nicer with a duvet though. good value. communication excellent.

can be a little noisy with traffic in the mornings, as it is on a main road, but not bad with windows and shutters shut. Night wasn't a problem as Parma is quiet. Neighbour has a yapping dog but that was also quiet at nights, so no problem to sleep, just a bit annoying in the evenings ;-) Quite a long walk to town, if you are here for town centre things you might want something more central if you are not very mobile, but the location was perfect for the fiera.

an entire flat, in perfect order an extremely well-cleaned, at your availability. excellent value for money. The host was very kind and the breakfast offered also very appreciated.

The bnb is a whole flat! A large store is conveniently located just around the corner for your shopping.

Perhaps the position was not the highlight of it, since it is close to the reailway and not in a fancy area like the city centre. However, it is not noisy at night and it is just fine.

It was a really big appartement with a fair price. Things for breakfast were prepared, everything great. Thank you!

The contact to staff was only via text, but they seem very nice. You have to take the bus or to walk a bit from Parma station.

Super clean. Everything in order. For me location was fine, close to the railway

Slightly noisy as it is close to the railway. The bathroom is a shared bathroom for two rooms. The breakfast is poor, all packed food from the grosery shop, nothing fresh.

Clean and good location

For breakfast there were only biscuits , jam, corn flakes no cheese , no egg, no fresh something . There is oven but no utensil to heat or cook something even no water boiler for tea . It was an important issue that heating was not working.

Such a bad stay (not recommended)

The room was clean, the bed was okay, and the location accessible on foot from the center. Parma is great!

1. The staff don't speak english, and in addition it was super rude. The only moment that it was around was to tell us to leave abruptly and hastily, because we were late for the check out. 2. We couldn't access the wifi, probably the given password was wrong. Unfortunately, there was anyone there to help us, and we needed it for work. 3. It is so rude to have such a breakfast! We paid to eat stale cornflakes? 4. We asked for a parking and they said that there is a available,but actually there wasn't anytbing but a pavement (?) We paid for parking in the center (20mim on foot) to keep it somewhere safe. 5. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY

Calmness, non intrusiveness, spaciousness. Abundance of trains outsude the window, I like their booming. Internet, supermarket (Conad) nearby. Amazing warm and sunny balcony.

Breakfast was below expectations. Practically no healthy options; mainly packaged pastries/biscuits were offered and actually some of them were beyond their expiration dates. No milk, cereals, orange juice...

The fact that communication in English was not an option...Using an online translator to ask simple things the owner of the bed and breakfast, was disappointing.

Fabulous

Perfect bathroom, spacy room, very warm and extremely clean. Good breakfast and snacks. Very, very nice. They were so kind, and the city centre is just 20min away by foot.

They should have left the instructions for coffee machine, I couldn't turn it on, and was afraid to experiment. :-(

Colazione molto abbondante e varia, in frigo ho trovato bibita, acqua e latte. Ho trovato una coperta più leggera. Saponi per la persona disponibili ovunque. Quando ho avuto bisogno mi hanno risposto subito.

Essendo un appartamento mi aspettavo le solite dotazioni minime, ovvero: olio, sale fino e grosso, aceto (volevo farmi un'insalata, ho dovuto rinunciare, forse se glieli avessi chiesto me l'avrebbero dati), una pentola per la pasta, una padella per friggere, un pentolino per riscaldare (non tutto viene bene col microonde), c'è la lavastoviglie ma non c'è il sapone (non che mi sarebbe servito, ma se la metti devi dare anche il sapone adatto), non ho trovato istruzioni per aprire la valvola del gas per i fornelli (tanto non c'erano le stoviglie...) nè per il wifi (forse non c'era? O forse non le ho viste. Nemmeno l'ho chiesto, ho il mio). Il televisore non è smart (per proiettarci il cellulare) e il telecomando non funzionava (quello del decoder sì)

TUTTO TOP, lo risceglierei !

Vicino all’ospedale come serviva a noi. Circa 5 min di macchina. Anche per il centro sono circa 5 min in auto. Colazione più che abbondante anche se commerciali avevamo tante scelte. Tutto pulitissimo. In bagno presente sia vasca che doccia che bidet. Presente anche il set di cortesia: shampoo, bagnoschiuma, cuffia doccia, phon, profumo, lacca etc Le padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) veramente disponibili. Abbiamo conosciuto solo la mamma e ci è stata subito di aiuto con un problema riscontrato. Insomma tutto top! Su Google Maps vi manderà nella strada ad angolo, in realtà appena si vede l’officina del meccanico basta guardare affianco e si trova la targhetta del B&B

L'absence de la personne qui loue alors qu'elle habite sur le palier. Pas de pain frais.fruits beurre...tout est mis là veille de notre arrivée..donc que des produits industriels Bien sûr la vaisselle du petit déjeuner est restée sur la table...rien ́'à été fait pendant notre séjour Pas assez de dosette café.... La propriétaire se cache aucun contact..a sa demande on laisse les clés sur la table de la cuisine

La limpieza del alojamiento estaba muy bien. Además, en el baño tenías todo tipo de productos.

La cama era muy incómoda. Tanto que estuve toda la semana con dolor de espalda por ello. Además, se oían los trenes pasar todo el rato, cosa que hacía que te despertaras por la noche o que vibrase la casa. El desayuno se componía de cafes de cápsula y bollería industrial

Tutto, appartamento nuovo, self check in. Tutti i comfort di un appartamento e tutto nuovo e pulito, una colazione iper abbondante, una cucina attrezzata, bagno stupendo con vasca e pulitissimo.

Un po' distante dal centro, ma nulla di impossibile, 20 minuti di passeggiata, giusto per voler trovare una pecca.

Bell'appartamento in zona discreta.

L'appartamento era dotato di tutto e curato nei particolari. Un bagno completo e spazioso.Una grande e comoda camera da letto. La colazione. Il parcheggio dedicato.

I serramenti non isolano acusticamente i vani, che, trovandosi nei pressi della stazione e a fianco della provinciale, fanno filtrare i rumori.

Piccola vacanza piacevolissima

Ottima struttura, colazione abbondante. Fortunatissimi perché ospiti unici e quindi tutto a nostra disposizione. Peccato il traffico consistente sia automobilistico sia ferroviario, nonostante i doppi vetri.

Le prese della cucina non funzionavano bene e ci hanno creato qualche problema con il microonde.
