Great location

The manager of this property was extremely helpful in getting us directions to the property and helping us figure out parking our rental car. The property itself is in a great and highly walkable location in the shopping district. It was easy for us to walk to dinner, drinks, etc. Despite staying Halloween night, the apartment was quiet and calm. Appreciated the security of the building, as well. Great stay.

A very convenient place in Parma!

Great location to visit all of Parma ' s main sites. Close to excellent restaurants and bars but still quiet at night. Federica was very helpful at keeping us informed about check in procedures and how to locate the dwelling .

Located just on the border of the historical town center, looking over the river.

Quite difficult to find but the owner’s instructions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable but felt a bit like a university student flat.

A very lovely apartment for a super price value!

The building, the entrance and the elevator may not look very pretty but the room was absolutely lovely. Big bed, well suited decorations, generous bathroom, good view and some snacks. Besides that is the apartment in the centre of the town with an parking garage 5min footwalk away (14€ a day). I can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

La posizione é invidiabile in un palazzo tranquillo e con un check-in e out rapidi. Gentilezza e precisione dell'host. Foto veritiere. Particolarmente apprezzata la vista dalla camera, l'armadio spazioso, presenza di microonde e bollitore e amenities (kit cortesia come dischetti struccanti etc) in bagno:)

Weekend a Parma

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend a Parma con il mio fidanzato. La camera era comoda al centro e dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari.

Non era così pulita, c’era polvere un po’ ovunque. Il meccanismo di accensione dell’acqua era strano, dipendeva dalla luce. Durante la notte si sentivano molti rumori causati dalla gente in strada. Il palazzo non era nulla di che, molto vecchio.

Fantástica habitación en un una ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad, habitación cómoda amplia y tranquila. Y me dejaron guardar la maleta tres horas antes de la entrada

Per una notte comoda

Struttura molto centrale. Sebbene si trovi in una zona a traffico limitato è facile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La proprietaria ci ha indicato un parcheggio custodito, ma in alternativa vi sono strisce blu a pagamento fino alle 19:30. Snack vari a disposizione e bella vista sul fiume. Auto check in facile ed intuitivo, grazie alle info forniteci prima dell’arrivo. La camera piuttosto accogliente, dalle foto aveva dato un’impressione diversa, tutto sommato il rapporto qualità prezzo non è male. Letto e cuscini davvero comodissimi.

La pulizia non era eccellente. In bagno c’erano capelli nella doccia e a terra, sicuramente appartenuti a chi ha svolto i lavori di pulizia, ma non lo abbiamo apprezzato. Personalmente le asciugamani, di un colore marroncino sbiadito non ci sono piaciute, anche per la qualità delle stesse, ma è una sensibilità personale questa. La sera molto rumore, nonostante le finestre chiuse lo schiamazzo era fastidioso davvero. Avremmo preferito che nelle foto di presentazione fosse inserito lo stabile in cui è sito il B e B, alquanto datato e all’interno di una galleria commerciale che la sera è deserta.

Il portarotolo in bagno fa si che il rotolo di riserva sia ad altezza scarpe il che non depone a favore dell'igiene. Suggerirei di porre detto rotolo in altro posto. Magari sulla mensola.

La posizione è ottima, le indicazioni per fare il checkin sono state perfette e la zona è molto confortevole.

Purtroppo mi aspettavo la colazione, che invece consisteva solo in un pacchetto di crackers, ma la struttura mi ha fornito la spiegazione. Un po di chiasso la mattina presto mi ha svegliato.

Bella ma migliorabile

La vicinanza al centro. Acqua e merenda di cortesia.

L’acqua della doccia era fredda benché mi è stato risposto che lo scaldabagno di 50 lt non è concepito per docce lunghe. In realtà forse lo scaldabagno serve tutte e tre le camere e quindi chi ha fatto la doccia prima di me ha consumato i 50 lt. Quando l’ho fatta io era solo fredda. E notoriamente io la faccio abbastanza fredda. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare. L’impressione del copripiumino usato da altri perché tutto stropicciato è diventata certezza dopo qualche ora che avevo lasciato la camera perché l’ho visto a prendere aria così com’era sul davanzale della finestra. Il beccuccio del bollitore aveva la muffa pelosa nel beccuccio.

Schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Parma

Schade, dass wir nur einen Tag in Parma geblieben sind, denn die Unterkunft hat dazu eingeladen, gleich noch etwas länger zu bleiben. Das Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Fotos - gerade das Bett ist wirklich schön und alles ist technisch gut ausgestattet und modern gestaltet. Die Rollläden ließen sich elektrisch bedienen. Die Unterkunft hat etwas von einem netten Hotelzimmer und liegt einfach perfekt mitten in der Altstadt Parmas. Der Weg zum Bahnhof dauert zu Fuß circa 15 Minuten und ist leicht zu finden. Der Kontakt zum Betreiber läuft über Whatsapp und kontaktlos - aber reibungslos und mit verständlichen Instruktionen. Wir hatten keine Probleme, uns beim Check-In zurechtzufinden.

La dirección es incorrecta, el número de teléfono es incorrecto, terminé en una propiedad vacía... Pasé 45 minutos buscando este lugar... El proceso de check-in y las funciones clave son muy complicados, fue una experiencia terrible para mí. Y ni siquiera estaba tan limpio.

Soggiorno di una notte a Parma

Posizione molto buona a ridosso di una via principale (ricca di negozi) e vicino al lungo fiume. Nelle vicinanze anche il centro storico con i suoi numerosi e tipici ristoranti. Camera dotata di tutti i confort da fare invidia agli hotel blasonati. Check in molto semplice e intuitivo, proprietaria disponibile e puntuale a dare tutte le indicazioni. In breve, soggiorno da anni a Parma, ma dalla prossima visita darò precedenza a questa struttura
