Perfect stay in the centre of town

Perfect location at the centre of Parma. Bars and cafes for breakfast around the corner. Room clean and cozy. Parking 8 minutes away from the place. Information about entrance and access very clear and easy to understand. Stairs a little small but ok. Herziges B&B - ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

Gute Lage, mit wenigen Schritten im Zentrum. Nachts sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, auch wenn wir sie nie persönlich gesehen haben. Fragen wurden jedoch immer superschnell beantwortet.

Am frühen Morgen etwas laut, da Hauptstrasse in der Nähe. Es hätte noch etwas sauberer sein können, war aber ok. Zimmer werden jedoch bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt nicht automatisch (nur gegen Aufpreis) gereinigt.

Camera accogliente, pulita, arredamento nuovo, mini cucina con macchina per caffè, bollitore. Proprietario molto disponibile. Posizione ottima e comodissima al centro.

Siamo arrivati e la camera era molto fredda, abbiamo consigliato al proprietario di accendere prima il riscaldamento perché impiega molto tempo a riscaldare la stanza. Proprietario molto disponibile ad accettare miglioramenti.

Delle attenzioni in più verso gli ospiti non guasterebbero

Arrivati il 31 dicembre alle 18:50 in camera, si sente odore di fumo di sigaretta. Chiamo per far presente la cosa e mi viene detto che l’odore in stanza era ben noto dovuto alla maleducazione dei precedenti ospiti. L’unica cosa che mi ha proposto la struttura per venirmi incontro è stato dirmi che se volevo potevo decidere di non soggiornare e mi avrebbero rimborsato. L’ho trovato abbastanza fastidioso in quanto, se questa situazione era ben nota dalla mattina avrebbero dovuto avvertire per tempo, così da farmi scegliere con calma ed eventualmente accettare la cosa. Proporre di cercarsi autonomamente un’altra sistemazione l’ultimo dell’anno alle 19 di sera lo trovo abbastanza complicato e fuori luogo. A fronte del disagio, mi è stato concesso solo di lasciare la camera il giorno dopo entro le 11 e non entro le 10.

Piacevole e comodo

Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro città! Oltretutto la vicinanza al parcheggio Goito è un punto di favore per chi viene con la propria vettura. Camera pulitissima! Complimenti per la scelta della carta floreale d'arredo che con le note cromatiche delicate rende l'ambiente rilassante!

Nella descrizione si indica il parcheggio ma non è vicino ed è a pagamento. In più, la struttura si trova in una zona a traffico limitato e non lo avevo letto. Non avevo letto nemmeno del terzo piano senza ascensore.

Posizione comoda in zona tranquilla

Impossibile farsi la doccia senza bagnare tutto il bagno, e non si asciuga non essendo finestrato. Guarnizioni della stessa malandate e sporche, necessita manutenzione! Nessuna insonorizzazione dalle scale comuni, si sentiva tutto il passaggio e le voci degli altri ospiti. Alla fine ciò che conta in un soggiorno di una notte è una buona doccia e un buon riposo… Troppo caro in fin dei conti.

Obligation de stationner dans un parking public à environ 5 mn à pieds de la résidence. Coûts supplémentaires. Montée d’escaliers étroite, assez raide, pas évident quand on a de grosses valises.

Top Lage und sehr komfortable Unterkunft im Universitätsbezirk von Parma. Tolles Restaurant (Trattoria Corrieri) in 170m gefunden. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht und gerne unterstützt (Parkplatz für Vespas). Top - vielen Dank.

Preiswerte, geschmackvolle und praktische Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt

Das Zimmer ist großzügig, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Das Bad ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Anreise war sehr gut beschrieben und der Zugang war sehr einfach. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin war immer sofort zu erreichen und konnte umgehend helfen. Uns hat sehr gefallen, dass in einem der Nachbargebäude aus der Musikschule immer ein wenig Musik herüber schwappte. Die Lage ist sehr gut: abseits vom Trubel und dennoch ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parma ist eine lebendige Stadt, in der wir das Gefühl hatten, dass die Einwohner ihre Stadt bespielen und nicht nur Touristen den Takt vorgeben.

Leider hat das Zimmer nur einen Sessel, aber wir erhielten dennoch freundlicherweise umgehend einen zweiten. Wir kamen nicht klar mit der Verbindung zum Internet. Es war oft für einen von uns unterbrochen. Als die Gastgeberin kam, um uns zu helfen, hat es sofort gut funktioniert. Also keiner weiß, warum es so instabil ist… Wir haben in der ersten Nacht die Klimaanlage nicht zum Laufen gebracht. Später hat es dann per Zufall geklappt. Auch hier war Hilfe dann schnell zur Stelle. Es braucht vielleicht eine Anleitung.
