Massimo was a wonderful host- met us upon arrival and gave us a ton of good info of things to do in Parma. The room was perfectly located, within walking distance of everything. Also, if you are coming in the summer, the AC was a godsend to escape the heat. Included are snacks, coffee/tea and water

The location was superb and I liked the free access to breakfast.
Nothing comes to mind, but pushed for an answer, I would say: The use of paper cups and plates. But I found a cereal bowl :)

Massimo is an outstanding host. The extras that he provides in the kitchen area are superb. The location is unbeatable.
