The place was perfect for our needs, and our overall experience was great!

Massimo was a great host. Gave us lots of good information and very friendly! The location was perfect, walkable to many main attractions in Parma. And had a nice, shared space with snacks, refrigerator, etc.

A place I’d stay in again.

We had the common kitchen area for all guests outside our room. We had a pastry & coffee & it was good. The location was close to the Duomo and only around a 15 minute walk to the train station. I’d definitely stay there again.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been better. Hard to put makeup on with it not being bright.

Perfect location, I really don't know if you can get better than that. Great host, Massimo, lets you know the best places around the city. Nice touch the common area, where you can drink an espresso, grab a snack and get your day started.

Massimo is very welcoming and polite. He even made a cappuccino for me in the morning! The B&B is very cute and clean, in a very nice central location close to the train station and the main attractions of Parma. I would certainly recommend the place to anyone.

Perfect location. Extremely kind and helpful owner of the property. He even helped me with an issue regarding my trip through Italy. Available fridge with basic food and beverages for the guests.

I didn't get my breakfast, but it was not the fault of the owner of the property, but of the barman of the bar nearby where breakfasts were offered. Instead of giving me my breakfast, he was chatting with friends, cleaning the bar, eating his own breakfast. I was in a hurry to get to the train, so I needed to leave after 20 minutes without even getting my breakfast.

Massimo is very warm, inviting, and shared his knowledge of Parma's attractions. Juices, milk, espresso and an assortment of snacks were available for guests which was greatly appreciated. Location within walking distance of all attractions and train station. I recommend 👌

It was a bit noisy in the morning where guests gather in the common area to have breakfast but our room was closest to the common area so it was to be expected. Just a FYI to future guests, make sure to arrive before 1pm or after 3 30 PM if you want to have something to eat., Practically all restaurants were closed or turned us away when we went looking for lunch but we should have done our research beforehand.

Easy to find, perfect location, super comfy room, and lots of personal and local knowledge of Parma!

Massimo and his partner are wonderful hosts! They have a sweet BnB with yummy pastries and coffee for breakfast, and lots of tips for Parma. I will happily stay again the next time I’m in Parma, as it really feels like a hike away from home. Perfectly located, so easy to find, and just a great feeling.

Comfortable, calm space for exploring Parma.

Massimo gave an excellent welcome & was chatty and informative. The pastìccini for breakfast were fresh and tasty (cornetto with almond cream - yum!). The location is great - a short walk from the station, near the shops & restaurants, and opposite the greenery of the Pilotta park and the breathtaking magic of the Teatro Farnese. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
