Hotel was beautiful, spacious... was in the middle of town. Parking was difficult and the area was a historic areas, lots of one way streets. not easy to navigate. laundry was nice, but no dryer.

Great staff, great history connected with this property, large sprawling and well kept gardens. Very well maintained. You feel very special just driving in as the butler cones to greet you, take your luggage and takes your car and park it for you.

Absolutely stunning property in the centre of Parma, right next to the cathedral. So convenient for shops and cafes and only an approx. 20 minute walk from the train station, or 5 minute taxi ride. Our apartment was clean, quiet, well laid out with two large bedrooms, a small but perfectly arranged kitchen that even had a washing machine. Shower was really good, bathroom a fair size and the living room had a comfy sofa and flat screen TV. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Location is fantastic. Generally a bit outdates. Bed is basic. The only real but important issue was the cold-water-only forvthe morning shower. Bedides this the place is fine without being spectacular.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and professional staff. The room was beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Hotel location is excellent being close to dining, caffes and shops as well as being next to the cathedral (cathedral is very beautiful). Parma is a great town and I will definitely book my stay at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati the next time I visit.

This is a very nice boutique hotel right next to the Piazza Church square. Quiet and tucked away in a private entry way. Our room overlooks the church square and was very spacious including a fully stocked kitchenette. Very impressive that it was so thoughtful with pots pans plates wine glasses fridge with simple snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back to stay if we return to Parma

This beautiful modern hotel is nestled in the ancient historical sites of Parma, right next to the Baptista. All restaurants and shops are within very short walking distance. The concierge was phenomenal. As soon as she saw us, she would immediately stop what she was doing to ask if there was anything we needed. The rooms were large and elegant, offering a kitchen with a washing machine. The perfect place to stay in Parma!

Decor a little dated but comfortable. Easy walking distance from train station and all major attractions. Several excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.
