" ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ROYAL NORE SUITE "

The place was clean , the host I did not meet nor see was available by WhatsApp

The name/title presenting the place on booking is misleading . Absolutely " NOTHING ROYAL" and NOT A SUITE ROYAL . The host advertises trough and trough . It is NOT a Royal Suite . It is a little anonymous apartments in the shade of grey in the basement of a house . For two persons the bedroom is tiny and no space around the smallest double bed size that exist . The shed in front of the door of "the" appartment is a mess . The pool is the pool of the house , not your private pool as advertised . The location is very ex centered about 20 to 30 MNS from the center , it is not located on Google maps . And even at the door there is no name of Royal Suite and NO Feel of it AT ALL , just a private wanna be modern house . Noise wise There is a road not far and you definitely hear it . The kitchen area is quiet modern and cold . TOTALLY OVER VALUED AND MISLEADING . WE SIMPLY EXPECT A ROYAL SUITE AS YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU READ THAT NAME Not really comfortable either Also the smart house device at the entrance of the apartment makes you wonder about privacy . Breakfast , there is no breakfast room really. The host ask if we want it " In suite" or on the terrasse. Meaning on the cold kitchen table/area or on the sad bare wooden table outside that is against the door of the appartment . The quality of it was very medium in the quality of products in the region .nothing special , when my husband red that the breakfast cost 50 dollars he received a WhatsApp message saying it is 30 dollars -( privacy?) . And an hour after we have left the host offered he would have reimbursed 10 euros should he have not been on a business call , he missed our departure . True that we heard him speaking quiet loudly on the terrasse of his Big house then . I do NOT have the habit or. Desire to leaving Bad Reviews but I /we felt like taken for Stupids .

Modern unit offering comfortable living space. Suffers from noise and privacy concerns

Newer unit. Well laid out. Good size bed and pillows. Living area comfortable size. Comfortable couch. Property is well maintained. No dishwasher. Washer and dryer is not in the apartment. Must pay to use owners w/d. $8 wash/$6 dryer. Parking free on street. Must pay $10 to park inside gate or $20 in garage per day. Heating is controlled by the owner. There is no extra blankets provided. No dishwasher to sanitize dishes. Dishes appear to be washed by the last person who stayed. Hot tub Must be prearranged and appears to be a charge after 7pm. Owner/family live upstairs. It lacks soundproofing and you can hear their Doberman dog roaming around upstairs as well as the family. Surveillance cameras throughout the gated property as well as the Doberman dog on premises. . Felt was constantly under surveillance. Lacks privacy on many levels Positives: * Modern unit with a good layout. * Comfortable bed and pillows. * Spacious living area with a comfortable couch. * Well-maintained property. * Free on-street parking.

* No in-unit dishwasher. * Shared laundry facilities with a fee ($8 wash, $6 dry). * Parking inside gated area $10 daily. * Controlled heating system. * No extra blanket * Potential noise disturbance from upstairs neighbors and their Doberman dog. * Surveillance cameras and security measures may impact privacy. * Hot tub usage may incur additional charges after 7 PM.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Vermieter der dazu beigetragen hat dass unser kurzfristig geplante Urlaub ein tolles Erlebnis w

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter herzlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und modern eingerichtet, verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche in einem gemütlichen Wohn-Esszimmer es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Das kostenlose W-LAN ist schnell und funktioniert problemlos! Einmal einloggen, fertig! Ebenso kann man sich an den beiden Fernsehern mit Netflix verbinden. Den sehr schönen Pool Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, da es schon Ende Oktober war. Heizung hat auch sehr gut funktioniert. Die Suite liegt in einer privaten Straße und die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, DANKE Paolo für die tollen Tipps, egal ob Restaurants, Burgen, Märkte oder andere Ausflugsziele. Unvergesslich werden auch die Besichtigungen einer Käserei und eines Parmaschinkenherstellers mit ihm bleiben, klein aber sehr fein und abseits des Massentourismus. Der Hund der Familie wurde uns zu Beginn vorgestellt, er ist sehr gut erzogen und liebenswert und hat uns zu keiner Zeit gestört.

Bello il posto ma il resto lascia a desiderare

La struttura è molto bella esternamente, ristrutturata di recente. Il proprietario è stato cordiale e disponibile.

Le lenzuola e le federe erano totalmente stropicciate probabilmente perché non sono state stirate (spero). La colazione era cosi misera che ho preferito farla fuori. Visto ilmprezzo della stanza credo sia giusto aspettarsi di meglio

Een mooi en schoon appartement met goede voorzieningen, maar het gebrek aan privacy, extra kosten voor basisfaciliteiten

Een groot en schoon appartement op 15 min rijden van Parma. De Wifi doet het goed en grote goed werkende televisies. Prima keuken met apparatuur en de badkamer heeft een fijne douche.

Basis in orde, maar alles daar bovenop wordt flink voor gerekend. Zoals bijvoorbeeld wassen en drogen voor 17 euro en gebruik van de hottub na 19:00 voor 20 euro en zelfs meer voor extra personen. Wij hebben de verhuurders helaas niet gezien. Bij aankomst werden wij door de zoon ontvangen. Wij hebben ons verblijf inclusief het ‘basic’ ontbijt geboekt, wat wij helaas geen van de 3 dagen ontvangen hebben… Het appartement wordt verkocht als suite met privé zwembad. In theorie klopt dit (omdat er maar 1 suite is) maar het zwembad is in de achtertuin van de verhuurders en voelt daarom niet als privé aan. Gezien ook alle camera’s die er hangen. Helaas is er ook geen airconditioning aanwezig in het appartement en konden wij de temperatuur niet reguleren omdat het schermpje dat aanwezig was geen wijzigingen toe stond. De zitplaats buiten is sfeerloos en naast de garagedeuren waar de scooters geparkeerd worden. Geen leuke plek om buiten te zitten, daarnaast hoor je de drukke weg waar je op uitkijkt ook erg goed.

Wenn ich für 2 Betten bezahle, dann erwarte ich auch ein 2 Bett Zimmer.

Lage war perfekt. Host war sehr freundluch.

Das Schlafzimmer hatte (entgegen Ihren Versprechungen) nur 1 Queen Size Bed. Auf Booking.com Homepage wurde ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten versprochen und auch verrechnet (1 Doppelbett und 1 Single-Bett). Zudem war es nicht möglich die Fenster zu verdunkeln, kein Nachtvorhang, lediglich ein automatischer Rollladen, welcher überhaupt keine Verdunkelung brachte.

Geweldige accomodatie!

Heerlijke omgeving, zwembad en jacuzzi. Super gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren en ze doen er alles aan om het aangenaam voor je te maken.

Het inbegrepen ontbijt is niet fantastisch, maar er is ook een optie tot uitbreiding.
