Horrible is a light word to describe the stay!

The lady at the front was nice!

Everything was bad! Hotel room was dirty, smelled bad, had interesting insetces everywhere, and overall bad. The pictures in the booking show nothing because everythings was different! The beds were unconfortable, things falling apart, and so many other things! This should not even be considered a hotel and the three stars are absurd! I have stayed in motels better than this! Also, very overpriced and for the same price you could go to a 5 star hotel!

Corner of paradise

This place truly is a little corner of paradise. The rooms—and the entire property—are beautifully furnished with great care and attention to detail. Breakfast in the garden was generous and felt like a magical, peaceful moment of pure relaxation. The location is perfect, immersed in total tranquility. The owner is incredibly kind and sweet—she made us feel completely at home. I’ll definitely be back to visit again soon!

Wonderful property in countryside.owner is absolutely lovely

Wonderful villa on the edge of town. We travelled with our dog who was allowed to roam free in the very spacious gardens, which was amazing.

A sad disappointment.

The apartment is located within an old rural house. We were not able to visit the rest of the property since we were staying in the first-floor apartment with a separate entrance, but judging by the reviews from other guests, I assume that the rest of the property (unfortunately not our apartment) was welcoming and well-maintained.

The apartment we stayed in (the only one in the property) must have been a pleasant place to stay many years ago, but it seems it hasn't received proper maintenance in decades. Upon entering the apartment, you're greeted by a metal staircase and door... then the wooden floorboards, most of which are loose (some even lifted); the window shutters can’t be fully opened, with missing wooden parts and peeling paint; the electrical system is extremely outdated, as is the bathroom. An empty bottle of soap left in the shower (using unfinished items from previous clients might be fine, but an empty bottle is sad and shows total careless attention by the owner). In the kitchen, nearly everything is old and/or dirty. The dish rack is rusty. The bed creaks loudly at the slightest movement—far from being a comfortable place to sleep during your holidays. The sofa bed in the smaller room is just as uncomfortable. The only sign of maintenance is the tape left around the wooden beams after a coat of paint... sad. Truly sad is the state of neglect—and the fact that we paid such an unreasonably high price. The photos don't reflect the reality at all... it might be more honest to use recent pictures, without deceptive filters.

Relaxing and authentic stay in a beautiful, big Parma home with wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful experience. Anna Maria and Michelle were both welcoming, warm and helpful. They were also very understanding when we arrived quite late. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. The breakfast is great! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well decorated and clean. We were traveling with our nearly 2 years old (very active) son and the big garden and relaxed hosts made traveling with a toddler much more relaxing and enjoyable. The property is conveniently located to explore the city Centre as well as castles and other points of interest around - if you have a car. It is easy to reach the highway etc.

Perfect bed & breakfast stay

The place is so charming and the room was so comfortable. Anna makes the best chocolate cake and omelets for breakfast. Michele made us a fire in the fireplace so we can have an indoor picnic. They also have the two friendliest puppers if you ask them to be let out in the main yard to play with. Like staying with family.

Pleasant

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The sofa bed in the second bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

While it was not the fault of the owners due to the energy constrictions, the house was rather cold during our stay. Also, the house is really dated and would benefit from some renovations and updates. Also, the couch shown on the photos is not what is actually there- instead there are two old leather couches (one for 2 people and one for 1) that are very uncomfortable and are ripping and have been repaired and then covered over with stiff Berber material. It felt as though the furnishings were old (not in a nice vintage way) and just placed in the apartment. Again, the place was clean and the owners were nice, but it was disappointing to see the state of the interior because it was misleading from the photos online.

if you have a car and are looking for an authentic stay , don’t look anymore, this is the place. I want to specially thank the hosts, Anna and Michele, they are the nicest people and the place is just beautiful . we will definitely come back next year.

Superb

We loved everyting! Ana and Michele are the loveliest hosts. Always happy and willing to help. The breakfast is divine, and the place is very spacious and full of character. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment and is was perfect for the 4 of us, with a well equiped kitchen, compfy beds and beautiful furniture, plus a big collection of books about art and design. You will need a car as it is in a residential area out of Parma,but only a 5 minute drive. We will definitely go back.

Lovely stay in a countryside home with the perfect hosts!

Our stay at Luna nel Pozzo was perfect! We traveled with two young children and our apartment was the perfect size. We were provided free parking and a baby crib. We also had access to a washer, kitchen, and large living space. The outdoor area was much appreciated for young children to run around and play. It was also nice for just sitting with a glass of Italian wine and enjoying the relaxation. Anna Maria’s breakfast was delicious and so thoughtful. We had omelette, meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereal, coffee cake, coffee and juice. My kids loved it too! Anna Maria also organized a private cooking class for us which was amazing. And we enjoyed our cooking over a family lunch with Anna Maria and her husband. It was delightful. We would definitely return and recommend anyone to stay here!

Adorable B&B

Perfect B&B with very friendly and helpful hosts, we felt at home from the moment we walked past the entrance. Nice setting in a quiet area with many villas, yet only a few kilometres away from the city centre, ideal for walks with the dog in the nearby park, spacious room & bathroom, wi-fi worked immediately, spacious car park, we will definitely stay again.

Super friendly hosts, lovely place to visit

We really enjoyed our visit to Parma with our dog. The owners are really friendly and cooked us a wonderful dinner the night we arrived, which was much appreciated after a long drive! It was so delicious. I am celiac and they made sure to make everything gluten free for me, as well as provide gluten free food for breakfast in the apartment. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and awesome art throughout. It’s very dog friendly, with a large garden and a park within walking distance to take the dog a walk. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with!

Heerlijk verblijf in deze klassieke villa! Perfect liggend voor een bezoek aan Parma. Eigenaresse heeft prima lijst met restaurantjes in de buurt. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede airco op de kamer, en gratis koel water.

Niets ten aanzien van het verblijf, voor avondeten moet je wat verder rijden, maar daar staat de rustige omgeving tegenover.
