The beds were clean and comfortable.

The kids feeding chair was disgusting. Never ever cleaned. I also feel that the standard has dropped. This is my 4th stay here and now considering looking for other accommodation due to this.

Close to Parma sites

Well positioned accomodation, close to everything. Clean and tidy. We were provided an upgrade which was lovely as we had more spaces for our 4 night stay.

Breakfast is simple - the hot breakfast we didn’t touch as it didn’t look great, but cereal and baked goods were fine.

Staff at breakfast is old school italian quality service, loved it. Plenty of towels and tons (too many?)bathroom amenities. Location very convenient for train station

Water pressure and shower uncontrollable switching between hot and cold, worst shower I have taken in years. Mattress not good quality

Superb

The location was perfect with the hotel situated just 10mins walk from the town centre. If you need parking, there's an affordable parking lot around the corner. The room were quite big and comfy. The breakfast in the morning was big with many options to choose from, the room staff was friendly and very attentive.

it was good. next time I would rather to stay in other place. The airport it’s not that far from Bologna’s Donwtown.

it’s a functional hotel. Not any luxuries, but they do offer airport transfer with some amenities.
