Hotel con ampio parcheggio in periferia di Parma, comodo per chi arriva in auto, un po' meno per chi usa mezzi pubblici. Personale molto gentile, struttura comoda e pulita.

Mi è piaciuto il design dell'hotel, il senso di ordine e pulizia fin dalla hall. Camera semplice nelle linee, ben studiata nei particolari, molto confortevole. Ho apprezzato il sistema di condizionamento, clima perfetto!!!
Non mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza alla reception. Poche informazioni e nessun sorriso all'arrivo, risposte neutre di saluto, solo in risposta al mio, ogni volta che rientravo in hotel. (Spero sia dovuto a giornate storte della giovane receptionist) Colazione poco invitante, basterebbe poco per migliorarla. Un po' scomodo l'ingresso della 'chiave' in camera lontano dalla porta, al buio non si vede.

Good parking and a nice modern hotel
Ice cream parlour around the corner attracted youths playing football and very noisy until 11pm then music audible to 4.30am from across the road.
