Halfway from the trainstation to citycentre

I chose this room for one night stay in Parma because it is close train station and city centre as well. Actually closer to train station, so the district looks like you can expect around train stations but it is not so bad compared to some Italian cities. The apartment is in the 3rd floor and the room was quite huge. AC worked just fine. Fast WiFi. Hot water. Everything clean and tidy. Silent in the night, I slept well, even though the bed was bit too soft for me. Communication with the owner on whatasapp. I was given keys and instructions after my arrival. In the morning, Maria made me a breakfast according to my preference, she was friendly and helpful. All good, thanks!

Great location, friendly and accommodating owner

Maria was great, let us store our bags before check in and after checking out, always available on WhatsApp. The room was lovely, spacious all you could want - toiletries, towels, A/C. Breakfast was substantial - homemade cappucino, fruit, homemade cakes, pastries, yoghurt and ham/cheese and bread.

The only downside was the room has very light curtains so the light comes in very early in the morning, some heavier curtains might work better, but it is only a very small thing

Clean rooms, very silent place and 5 minutes from the center and from railway station. Manager kind and available. A nice staying for work, I would take also for tourism

Everything! Maria, the host, is welcoming and accommodating. She and her staff work diligently to ensure your stay is amazing. The location is close to everything and the property is very clean and comfortable.

It was a great stay

The room's location is perfect, very close to the train station and all the historic places you must see in Parma. Breakfast was good, with pastry, ham, and jams. Maria very kindly prepared cappuccino for me every morning, and thanks to her, I could start my day like a local :) She was also very helpful with my questions about the buses. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly during my stay. It was also comfortable and had almost everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Il Trovatore Rooms for staying at Parma and feeling like a local.

Although I loved my stay at Il Trovatore Rooms, you should come here prepared. The room I stayed in did not have carpets, which is better actually for sanitary reasons. But the tiles may feel a little cold, so I recommend bringing your slippers to be comfortable in the room. A second piece of advice is to bring your shampoo and conditioner, as there is only an all-in-one shampoo & shower gel.

Camera ampia, comfortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione ricca. Ottima posizione tra il centro e la stazione. La signora Maria molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha anche fatto dei dolcetti senza glutine per colazione!

Forse il materasso, troppo morbido…ma è un dettaglio :)

So happy we made a choice to stay at Il Trovatore!

(1) We were early but host Maria met us so that we could leave our luggage there. Subsequently check-in was smooth. (2) Apartment was cosy. Our room had everything we needed including a small writing table in the centre of the room with bright large windows. (3) Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choices for breads, different types of coffees and teas, etc. (4) Location was about halfway between train station and city centre with a supermarket just around the corner and several good restaurants a short stroll away. Will definitely return if we are ever in Parma again, thanks to our lovely host Maria!

Raggiungibile facilmente dalla Stazione ferroviaria con una passeggiata di 5 minuti, questa struttura si trova in posizione strategica per visitare i principali monumenti e luoghi di interesse culturale di Parma. Il B&B è in un appartamento ristrutturato, ottimamente dotato ed arredato con gusto. La stanza era ampia, pulita e confortevole, con letti comodi. Buona la colazione con scelta di cibi sia dolci che salati. Ottimo anche il wi-fi. Da segnalare l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del sig. Pasquale, il proprietario, prodigo di informazioni e suggerimenti. Consigliato.

アパートのドアの鍵が開けにくかった。 TVは音のみで画面が映らなかった。シャワーブースが半分開いているので、気をつけていても必ず水が漏れて床がビショビショになってしまった。

Il Trovatore è a due passi dalla Pilotta, in pieno centro e insieme raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. L'appartamento pare appena ristrutturato, la nostra camera ampia, comoda ed elegante, la pulizia impeccabile. La signora Maria è estremamente ospitale, e la colazione ricca di dolci fatti in casa (anche senza glutine, cosa per nulla scontata), con un'ampia scelta di tè e tisane, frutta fresca e succhi. Ci siamo sentite coccolate!
