Very central location and elegant structure. My room was very large and clean.

Worried about my security and feeling helpless. The staff are so difficult.

Good location, near railway station and centre of city.

I am a female traveling alone. I was given a room on the first floor next to the fire escape which opened to a steel staircase outside the building, and anyone on that staircase can easily climb into my bedroom through the window. Despite my request, the reception staff could not change my room, they said only the housekeeping manager in the morning could arrange that. The next day, I went for tours in the morning and when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, again the reception staff couldn’t change my room. This went on for 3 nights!

Outdated hotel.

Good location, close to center without being in the down town traffic, fairly easy to get there by car. indoor parking available next door, €20 pr. day,

I booked the Deluxe double room, been traveling for some time and looked forward to a good rest. Arrived at the hotel and found tired furniture, a worn sagging mattress, did complain about the bed after the first night. The reply from the Hotel was that the hotel was full and no other room available. My stay was during week days when everything is open getting a replacement mattress should not have been a problem.

Good location but rooms were too hot for comfort

Location

Rooms were hot, there was no AC or fans to move air, and windows open only a couple inches. Apparently the hotel shuts off AC at a certain date for the entire hotel without regard to the temperature or personal preference. Our room never got below 75F

Great location for the centre of Parma, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. safe underground car park next door.

Great stay in Parma

Great hotel in Parma with very friendly staff. Rooms a little dated but beds comfortable and the rooms a good size with bathrooms also a decent size and overall quite clean. Each room had a balcony which was a nice touch. Easy walk from hotel into town for restaurants, shopping, etc. Safe and secure parking underground with an attendant which was great.

Showers leaked slightly under the doors but otherwise no concerns.

Charming hotel

Nice clean hotel, lovely reception staff. Large room with equally large, comfortable bed. Big balcony to watch the world go by from. Great shower. Location is perfect for wandering centre of city and near train station

Good selection at breakfast but a few items not topped up during service times, especially hot food. No scrambled eggs available when we arrived at 9.15am.

would go back, nice hotel

location-in the center basically, hotel really nice, on point, just as advertised. Didn't have bereakfast, so can't comment. Parking basically in the building (18 EUR), so that was great. Staff really nice, recommended some great local spots to eat.

the sorounding is a bit sketchy, especilly if you are walking back late in the evening/night. But that is really not a hotel's fault.

It was perfectly located between the train station and the center of Parma. The lobby was refreshingly air conditioned.

The room needed to be updated: there was limited sunlight in the room, the decor was dated, there was a musty/old smell to the room, and the bathroom was on the smaller side.
