Rude host

The bathroom door broke down and we had to wait half an hour for the host to come. The host didn't even apologise after fixing the door

Good location and good value for the price. Sound insulation to be improved.

Good location: easily reachable from the station and from the city center. By following the instructions received via messages it was easy to get in. Good size of the room and bathroom.

The sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Also the sound insulation from the street could be improved. The room could have been dusted a bit better.

Clean and comfortable room, with easy access to town and station

The room was located just a short walk from Parma train station, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase very far. The room was large, with a comfy bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a powerful shower. It even had a heated towel rail and a diffuser for the hairdryer - luxury! It took just 10 minutes to walk into the main part of town. I can recommend Pepen for paninis - they were lovely! Tabarro had a great vibe and fabulous wines, and I had a wonderful meal at Officina Alimentare Dedicata.

It was quite hard to contact the owner - I emailed to ask about luggage storage, as my train was arriving before the official check-in. I got nonsensical replies over email, and no response over WhatsApp. In the end, there was someone there to let me in, who let me store my bag. Better communication would have been great. There was a vending machine in the hallway, but no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.

Air conditioning is horrible

Location, clean

The air-conditioning doing warm air, very noisy and cannot be stopped : AC programming locked by the tenant. The windows cannot be open to get fresh air because the road (avenue) is very noisy. Very bad experience. The check in is complicated : lot of instructions, internet required to open the gate and door. Some equipments not correctly working in the bathroom : toilet button, sink drain missing, tap shaking. The room was very clean and very good location.

A rather stark room devoid of any character

Locality

The website said it had a coffee machine which was located outside the room and was broken. No kettle to make a simple cup of tee. The website also proclaimed to have a safe which was not present and the left hand side bedroom light did not work

Business weekend

Proximity to train station and city centre. Amenities close by. Good size room. Check in/out process completely online. When and as needed support was provided immediately.

It can be very noisy if people from other adjacent rooms come in /out at night or using the vending machine. Aircon was available but only set to one setting. Control unit was locked and I could not adjust it (but to be fair I didn't ask support for it either). Did not like the label with my name on the door, matter of privacy. Could be a colour or a number to protect privacy.

Perfect location in Parma

Perfect location close to railway station and city center. Clean room, recent renovation, with new furniture. Large bed, plenty of power sockets.

I didn't find warm blanket and hair dryer. Bathroom is small so it's necessary to be slim to fit there. Temperature of water was not stable while taking the shower.

Well organised contactless check in.

Very close to train station and Opera. well organized self check in process. I must congratulate management! Room was clean and for one night stay very comfy. Wending machines has water, soft drinks and coffee at the entrance.

Parma is a nice city but I did not find any good Italian cooking. Too many microwave places.

Small things like lack of a drinking glass. Due to train delays, I was unable to check in at the expected arrival time. As a rresult, the check in was a bit messy and I was grateful for the assistance of a taxi driver in gaining entry.

we had 2 bedrooms, the AC in one of the rooms did not work as well as in the other room. Another guest came late at night and rang the bell for a long time, and woke us up.

Small, clean room in decent location but don’t stay if it’s hot.

The building was secure. The room was clean but extremely small. A parking garage was just around the corner.

The air conditioning didn’t work what so ever. The room never got below 24 degrees. The shower started draining ok but by the second shower it didn’t drain well at all. The instructions provided said to get the key from a hotel around the corner but it wasn’t open. When I texted the property I was informed that those instructions were no longer valid.
