WiFi does not work. Rest of Hotel reasonable

Location is excellent. Hotel is tidy and functional and relatively modern. However WiFi was not usable so for this reason it gets a terrible on facilities. A 3 star hotel should have WiFi that signal gets to each room - our room was ‘too far from the access router’ so it either failed to connect or got low signal and thus no bandwidth. Pity as rest of Hotel was fine.

The hotel room was very spacious. I loved the idea of the outdoor Terrance with controlled lighting, perfect spot for morning cafe. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with any concerns or recommendations in the area. I loved Parma and this location was perfect in the central of all shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back again.

Great Location, and nice people, the bed was almost unsleepable though

Perfect location for people wanting to stay in the city. Close to everything cultural and historical Quiet. Excellent personnel.

View from windows... into damp courtyard with broken pots, junk, weeds. Not excetly scenic but the hotel can't do much about that as it belongs to the building next door or behind.

Amazing stay in the hear of Parma.

Awesome hotel in the very heart of Parma. Our room had a terrace with amazing view on local roofs. Extra clean room with spacious bathroom. Small fridge in the room in case you need. We didn't take breakfast, but there are plenty of local places to eat nearby. The hotel has own parking but in case you didn't book it beforehand you can use parking service - they take your car and return once needed, costs 25 euro per day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was clean enough

Difficulty with parking/arrival. Given a basic twin room when a double was booked, was told we had to upgrade to have a double. Very basic and tired for the money

Very good location however I would not recommend it.

We liked the location. It was in the middle of town.

The room was more then tiny. So was the bathroom. We could hardly open our suitcases. The room was advertised as 12sqm but I can assure this was not 12sqm . We were charged a lot of money and a breakfast we never had. As we were in a hurry to leave we didn't check the bill.

Hard to get with car. You need to park in a public parking (not free). The matras itself was not that good. For that much money a night you expect more comfortable matrasses. For 80€ per night i expected better comfort to be honest (single bed)

They provide the bare essentials. Shower way too small for shaving your legs. Room extremely small with cramped space for luggage. Breakfast didn’t look appealing.

Excessive upselling (parking, breakfast, wifi) for an expensive and very tiny room. Nothing special.

The place was ideally situated. That was the best part.

Torino offered parking beneath the hotel for $25. We thought that would make life easier than parking for free across town, and it did. We did not opt for breakfast at the hotel, which would have been another "upsell," which meant the room price would be WAY over the top for just one night. The room was VERY small, i.e., to get into the bathroom, we had to turn sideways at the foot of the bed to enter. The room was adequate for one night, but that is the best we can say about it. It certainly wasn't "pleasant," or "comfortable," or any of the other words I like to use about a good hotel. Sorry, Hotel Torino: Everything but the location gets two thumbs down. We will not return.

Super location within walking distance from the station and right in the centre of town, but quiet! Excellent double glazing and black-out curtains for optimal sleep. Cute view from the window.

The lift was VERY slow. I did wonder whether we were stuck in it. Apart from with suitcases, we just walked!

A really fantastic clean and modern hotel in the heart of Parma. Step outside your door to shops and cafes. Beautiful room and facilities. The room was large and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. 24hr storage and a comfy waiting area were a great bonus. Wish we stayed for longer.

Great option for accommodation in stunning Parma

Hotel Torino has the perfect location to explore Parma, right in the historical center, 5 minutes walking to the Duomo and several attractions. It is surrounded by everything you need/want on a holiday, great restaurants, bars, shops, monuments, etc. It is in a quiet road off the main shopping area, the staff is friendly and helpful. A great place indeed, just 15 minutes of an easy walk from the train station,

Good location regarding the city center. Clean and neat small room(single traveler). Breakfast was ok. Helpful reception staff. Good restaurant recommendations from them :) Aprox 15 min from train station.

Small room with no sunlight. First floor with no view, but quiet (if nobody is loud on the pedestrian zone street).
