Beautiful room in Parma

Room had lovely decor and was in a quiet location, close enough to the centre of town although it was a walk from the station (we knew this when booking).

Keyless entry wasn't quite as smooth as it could have been - not sure if it was user error! However host was responsive in the moment and it was resolved quickly.

Very nice stay in Parma

Tranquil location yet easily walkable, reaching downtown in about 10 mins by foot. The room was spacious and seemingly newly renovated with nice decorative touches. It was nice to have coffee and tea provided. The bed was comfortable and it was dark and quiet at night which was conducive to a good night's sleep.

We asked if we could check in a little early but didn't hear back. We wandered and killed time to make our way to the check in at 3pm, so it wasn't a problem, although I expected a quick reply nonetheless.

Good for 1 night stay

Nice and stylish design with clear instructions for check in and convenient parking for 10€

Filthy floors (we walked around with clean white socks for 20 min and they were both very dirty afterward). It doesn’t appear that floors were cleaned between guests stays. Hosts were unresponsive and not helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations.

Apartment was nicely appointed. It is a smaller room but has a large bathroom. Excellent value for what was charged.

I liked everything about the apartment but be prepared, you are in a crowded neighborhood that is crowded.

Great place to stay for short visit

Nice room with big bathroom, very clean, fridge in the room and outside coffee / tea amenities. Great was parking slot next to building (save place) and bici‘s could be stored in courtyard 👍 Great, quickly responding host. Easy and detailed check in process.

As beautiful as the name of this accommodation is is the place itself. In this case, the name design rooms is absolute a given. You come in and you just feel warm, welcome and absolute wow. Starting from the description, how to get there, what to expect, how to get in, all automated. We absolutely loved the quality of this room. It was spacious and most beautiful in the design, in the colors. The lighting was fantastic and the bathroom absolute super nice. Everything you touched in this place was quality and well thought out. The little fridge, filled with water, beer, juice , easy by trust system to pay. My husband loved the bed and the thick fluffy towels a lot but most of all the cold beer from the fridge. For a city trip, a couple nights stay, I would highly recommend this place. Not even 10 minutes walk to the center of Parma. In all directions you could discover something beautiful. The park is two minutes away, which gets you to another part of the city center, equally beautiful and also to our favorite panini bar, POLDO, which was walking distance. We would book this place again and again💙

Apartment name sums it up!!’

Great location! Room and bathroom are spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything inside was thoughtfully designed. Private parking next to building a huge plus. Owner was also helpful with giving us directions to avoid driving through restricted areas.

Not a very comfortable stay

The location was great and the room was very nicely designed. The instructions for self-check in were very clear.

The hot water was only enough for one of us. The host responded when we called but nothing could be done until the next morning as it was late at night. Also, the bedding was missing a duvet cover. There was just a flat sheet and the duvet on top of it, without a cover. We just hope it gets washed every time! So overall, not a very comfortable stay.

Camera bellissima e profumatissima ottima posizione. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto comodo. Letto super.

L’unico problema è che si sente qualsiasi rumore di qualsiasi vicino. Non è per niente insonorizzata e sinceramente se si ha il sonno un po’ leggero potrebbe essere un problema.

Posizione ottima, camera pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Il self check in è pratico e veloce.

Purtroppo la qualità del sonno dipende molto da chi si trova nella camera accanto. Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate l’una dall’altra e a noi c’è andata male (i vicini con bambino erano veramente rumorosi e ci hanno svegliato più volte)

J'ai tout aimé ! L'emplacement, le check in facile, les serrures numériques, la déco, le lit confortable, la grande salle de bains, la machine à café dans le hall, la gentillesse de Suzanna qui vient prendre soin des chambres. Avec le beau parc ducal à coté, un parking pour laisser sa voiture : un coup de coeur pour une escale à Parme !

Leuke kamer in appartementen complex

Leuk ingerichte kamer en badkamer in appartementen gebouw. Op 10min lopen vh centrum. Je checkt volledig digitaal in en krijgt code om binnen te komen. Geheel bestaat uit 2 kamers, dus geen echt hotel maar wel hele fijne kamer!! Kleine parkeergarage om de hoek.

La camera era nuovissima, ristrutturata con ottimo gusto e pulita. Letto comodo e stanza molto silenziosa nonostante la posizione centrale. Piccolo gioiellino, vicina a molti ristoranti, bar e al parco ducale. All’ingresso c’è anche una macchinetta del caffè che abbiamo potuto usare. Staff gentilissimo.

Un hébergement confortable dans un endroit tout neuf au cœur de Parme!

J’ai été impressionné par la propreté et la beauté des lieux! La climatisation fonctionne tres bien et nous avons accès à une cafetière avec des capsules fournies par l’hôte. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient vraiment très confortables! Pour que je l’indique, il faut que ce soit exceptionnel! Le stationnement était bien. Si vous êtes en voiture, il faut bien vérifier le trajet emprunté pour vous rendre à l’hébergement, car c’est tout près de la ZTL (interdiction de passer en voiture dans certaines rues). C’est un peu stressant de devoir gérer cela, mais la propriétaire nous a bien guidés. Pour entrer dans l’hébergement, il faut avoir un téléphone avec wifi, car on doit écrire à l’hôte en direct pour qu’elle nous ouvre la porte. C’est un peu de gestion, mais cela en vaut la peine.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Im Aufenthaltsraum steht eine Kaffeemaschine zur freien Benutzung. Sehr nahe zur Altstadt. Unkompliziertes Check In wie auch Check Out. Ein Parkplatz gegen Gebühr ist auch vorhanden. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.
