Great stay in Parma! Best private BnB in town.

One of the best places to stay in Parma, which has few options. The staff ( owners) were fantastic and welcomed us with open arms and warm hearts. Beautiful room that was comfy and had all the accessories. We had a great stay and would recommend anyone to stay.

It is what it is.. stairs. But it's an old building. They will offer to help with your bags! Also, the location is good, but a little bit away from the Center.

We arrived in Parma by train from Switzerland, which was super easy and convenient. Palazzo Gozzi Bed & Beauty impressed us with its thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and, above all, the incredible hospitality from Paolo and Roberto. The rooms are beautifully decorated with rich details and luxurious linens, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk to the city center. Paolo and Roberto go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. We received a lovely hair treatment. A delicious spread to start the day in the bar tea-room just around the corner

I loved Parma more because I was fortunate to meet Roberto and Paulo and stay at their unique place .

Roberto and Paulo were extremely welcoming and kind . Their super warm greeting and genuinely amazing persona beside the very lovely comfortable room / bed and spacious high ceiling bathroom and colorful paintings made my short stay a wonderful experience .Roberto and Paulo gifted me a super thoughtful gift which I adored from them , beside their generous voucher for Both me and my partner was truly appreciated .

The property is conveniently located and is impeccable! The whole place is charming and beautifully decorated. Each room is so stylish and well-appointed. The hosts are so warm, welcoming, and helpful! We even each received a complimentary hair service!

Comfort, amenities, almost brand new furniture and a wonderful retrofitted old palace. The interaction with the host was the best I had abroad.

It does not have a lift, but it’s justified due the the old type of building.

Paolo was a wonderful host - a positive and kind person. The staff helped us with carrying our luggage, Paolo offered us breakfast, and even gave us a gift before leaving. The staff is super thoughtful. If I ever return to Parma, I definitely know where to stay! Thank you!

The host was very help full and joy full. He showed us the room and gave us a map of the city and told us the sights and places to se and where the restaurants were. Unbelievable value, beautiful room, super friendly hosts.

What a fantastic place. The owners are literally the friendliest, most welcoming people imaginable. They take great pride in their business and it shows. They are communicative, warm, funny, helpful, kind and it bears repeating: very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable, clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was so helpful in the brutal summer heat. They give you a voucher for breakfast around the corner, and are very helpful with recommendations in Parma. A truly incredible value for such an affordable stay with so much included (they even leave Prosecco and a snack in the evening outside your room). We only wish we had stayed longer than one night. We thank Roberto & Paolo for their incredible hospitality. So, so nice.

Lovely reception, very friendly hosts, who gave us a small bottle of prosecco and nibbles on arrival. Good quality coffee and tea facilities in the suite. Beautifully decorated in an area which was central but not in the busiest tourist hubbub.

Everything was perfect, but maybe the breakfast should have been in the room, instead of a voucher to get an (adequate) Italian style breakfast in a nearby café.

Fabulous in Parma!

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Paolo was incredibly kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean! Excellent location, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the cafe nearby ! To finish we were given some samples of fabulous hair products! What a fantastic place, we hope to return next time we stay in Parma!

So comfortable and such good hospitality

Roberto and Paolo provide an excellent bed and breakfast experience. From the quality of the accommodation, to the little bottle of proseco each evening, to the free hair wash and trim, to the advice about where to eat, they exceeded our expectations.

It would be churlish to quibble about anything. Good luck to them both.

Excellent host and place

Probably of the best hotels I have stayed in. Only stayed for a night, but the experience was most enjoyable and unique. The hotel is situated close to the city centre and attractions. The host Paolo was more than a host. He was so polite, informative and attentive. The rooms are on two floors but there are no lifts. However, Paolo did not allow us to raje the luggage and brought them over himself....our room was on the second floor. The rooms are spacious and understand each room is decorated differently. Ours was quite spacious, well ventilated, air conditioned with a king size comfortable bed. There was a nespresso machine two bottles of water and juices all inclusive. The room was exquisite and very clean. Had a great night sleep. We had gone for a walk and on return found a bucket of ice with a prosecco and two bottles of water and some snacks. A very nice gesture for the tired travellers. Breakfast is included but not at the premises. A voucher us provided for nearby restaurant which serves buffet breakfast. If you are planning a night or two in Parma, I would genuinely recommend this place. My wife also got a hair wash and blow-dry done at their beauty salon downstairs. Excellent job.

We were greeted so warmly by Paolo and Roberto! The room was beautiful and the bathroom was amazing!! Their attention to detail was spot on ! And a bag of hair products when we left was the best!! Location was walking distance to everything!
