Short but pleasant.

The location was close to centre of most localities, so that was good. The room was extremely well equipped with amenities, the room was clean, check in was smooth. Owners were very accomodating.

There was limited parking - based on first come first serve basis but that's fine as we only stayed for one night. Otherwise, all was good.

"Very clean apartment"

I have no words for the cleanliness of this apartment!!! Congratulations to the property manager and to the lady who cleans the apartment! Everything was perfect! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night as part of our road trip. Beds, kitchen, bathroom are all excellent!!! Also, the apartment is very close to the historical city center (10 minutes) on foot.

The air-conditioning was a bit weak in heating the room.

This is not a hotel and you do not have access to anyone in person. It is located by the Main Street.

Clever choice with plenty of comfort

Spacious room. Modern looks and functional wc. Coffee and cookies, mini-fridge. A nice printed folio made by the owners highlighting the main touristic attractions. A general sense of thoughtfulness. The location is OK, a fair walk from the train station and touristic attractions.

I wanted to get a confirmation of the address and got no reply from the owners. This effectively refrained me from relying on them for asking anything else. I would have liked some spoon fork knife, even if of plastic or wood, and a bowl and a dish. There is a restaurant-bar right beneath the windows that can be noisy until midnight.

We had a room that you could hear the street, but since it was Sunday and not much traffic and we had to get up early the next morning it didn’t bother us.

Great room for a short stay in Parma.

Great location for accessing old town and train station. It has all the essential for a good short stay: quiet room, comfortable beds, good shower and a coffee machine!

Although the room was ideal for a short stay (overnight in our case), it would be very small for a longer stay.

Camera carina, da migliorare la cura

Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro, parcheggio coperto di fronte, zona molto tranquilla senza rumori, angolo cucina in camera con la possibilità di preparare il caffè o tisana, check in facile, la casa ristrutturata e verniciata da poco.

Nonostante che la struttura sia ristrutturata da poco e curata nell'arredamento, presenta una chiara mancanza di manutenzione e cura dei dettagli importanti per il piacevole soggiorno degli ospiti. La serratura del portone dell'ingresso rotta, perciò di notte rimane aperto, il rubinetto del bidet rotto, funzionante solo parzialmente. Il dispensore di carta igienica collocato sensa senso lontano dal water, perciò al bisogno non è possibile prelevare la carta. Il termosifone in bagno pieno di polvere. La cosa più strana, mai riscontrata altrove, l'ingresso della casa molto caldo (termometro segnava 24.5 gradi) e il termosifone bollente, ma la camera e il bagno non arrivavano probabilmente a 19 gradi e i termosifoni erano appena tiepidi, dato il periodo invernale davvero poco piacevole. Sulla nostra richiesta ci è stato consegnato dalla padrona di casa il telecomando del condizionatore, ma in bagno il caldo comunque non arrivava a sufficienza.

Perfetto!

La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta per chi arriva con il treno e vuole visitare il centro di Parma, la zona é tranquilla e ven fornita. La camera è comoda per un breve soggiorno, il letto comodissimo ed ho particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di due cuscini a testa, uno più morbido e sottile e uno un po’ più rigido e alto. L’host é super disponibile, é già la mia seconda volta in struttura e non dubito che potrebbe esserci una terza!

Un sejur reușit și datorită acestui apartament curat și spațios. Gazda foarte amabilă și flexibilă!

Foarte bine amplasată, nici în centru să fii sufocat dar nici la periferie. Parcare (cu plată) în fața apartamentului, foarte curat, apartamentul aerisit și spațios. Dacă mai vin în Parma tot aici stau.

Nimic deosebit, poate este util un cuptor cu microunde sau unul normal, pentru cine vrea să gătească.

La posizione

Diamo una stella perché di meno non si può: stanza ghiacciata e con condizionatore non funzionante. Avvisato lo staff la mattina del malfunzionamento dei termosifoni, ci è stato detto che la temperatura era impostata a 24 gradi, laddove invece ce n'erano 15(e fuori -1). La sera al nostro rientro la situazione era anche peggiore con i termosifoni completamente ghiacciati: problema riscontrato anche dagli altri clienti, alcuni dei quali non avevano nemmeno l' acqua calda. Dopo l'ennesimo messaggio lo staff ha finalmente fatto ripartire il riscaldamento......tuttavia la mattina successiva la situazione era la medesima. Sconsigliatissimo.

Um guest house bem localizado e muito confortável

Localização muito boa, próxima do Duomo di Parma e da piazza Garibaldi, a pé. Apartamento espaçoso e confortável. A cama de casal estava num quarto da acomodação com porta, o que permitiu maior privacidade. A acomodação dispunha de tudo que era necessário para prepararmos nosso café da manhã e lanche à noite. O turismo gastronômico nas redondezas é maravilhoso, tanto nos restaurantes/cantinas como nas salumerias. Havia estacionamento coberto muito perto, com segurança e a preço razoável.

Sentimos falta na acomodação de um aparelho de micro-ondas para facilitar o aquecimento de bebidas. Não pudemos conhecer o anfitrião pessoalmente, apesar de tudo ter transcorrido normalmente com o recebimento e devolução das chaves da acomodação.

Bom para até duas pessoas

Localização muito boa, dá pra ir andando ao centro da cidade. Imóvel bonitinho, com máquina de café no quarto, bem decorado, banheiro bom. Custo-benefício interessante.

Difícil encontrar vaga no estacionamento público nas proximidades do prédio, mesmo sendo a pagamento. Andar acessível apenas por escadas. Quarto pequeno, difícil abrir malas no chão.

In Laufnähe zur Altstadt gut eingerichtetes Mini Appartement mit guter Küche und modernem Badezimmer

Wir haben auf der Durchfahrt nach Süditalien einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Somit hatten wir nur morgens ab 8h Parkgebühren zu entrichten, das ging. Durch die Nähe zum Zentrum konnten wir auch noch einen schönen Spaziergang durch die Altstadt machen. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Schlüsselübergabe durch Keybox und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren reibungslos. Das Schlafzimmer konnte man gut klimatisieren. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht für große Menschen ausgerichtet. Ansonsten war alles prima.
