Disappointed but access to the centre of town made up for the lack of facilities provided.

Location was good with respect to the centre of the town and access to the station but was really student digs. Not suitable for elderly people with luggage to carry up three flights of dark and dingy staircase

On line photographs were misleading. I was not aware that the small kitchen was a shared facility.

Check out at 10. The key picking is like a scape room: write via Booking app, then 2 Doors are opened, you get the code for the blackbox... 5 euros if you want to leave your package for some hours when check-out

Very nice located

Location was very good, only 15 minutes walk from train station. Room was nice and clean. Room was clean and towels were fresh. Self check in was easy and owner was always on touch.

The description “room with private bathroom “ is totally delusional. To reach your “private” bathroom you will have to leave your room, then apartment and go to the staircase area. The owner asks to leave windows open before check out but it doesn’t really help, there stays a bad smell in room anyway.

Right in the center, attractions nearby. But it's very cold and there are no windows.

The room is very cold. The remote for the air conditioner is not in the room. Very damp, towels do not dry. There is no window in the room. Outrageously, it is comfortable there in the summer, but I don't recommend stopping in the winter, you will catch a cold.

Horrible experience

Relatively central

Bathroom with hole in the wall and a sign saying it was ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED to flush toilet paper. There was a window in the bathroom that would not close, so I called the property. They told me to close the two halves together, which I did, but the latch was so worn that you couldn't latch it. When I told the property manager this, he said he wasn't in Parma and wouldn't be for a couple of hours and so I would have to wait. I said that I wasn't willing to wait around with my luggage for hours and asked for a refund so that I could go to another hotel. He refused, kept all of my money, and then tried to tell Booking that I didn't show up (I guess so I couldn't leave a review?)

The location was excellent. If you come by car, you can easily find either a blue spot or a garage to leave your car. The host was very friendly and responsive and the rooms are pet-friendly (with an additional charge). The facilities in the room (regarding soap, mosquito repellent, AC, cleaningness etc) are ok and generally for one night the stay is comfortable.

Unfortunatelly the room with the twin beds has no window inside (only a small one in the bathroom which is not sufficient) and it feels claustophobic. It is also charged the same way as the double bed room which has a proper window. In the description is stated that there is a kettle and a coffee machine but we did not find any of those neither in our room nor in the common space. I believe that the rooms are a tad overpriced for what they offer.

We had a nice stay in Parma - perfect for one night due to the location but would not recommend staying for longer than

A good city stay.

Great location,plenty of cafe in the morning.At night there’s a pub below with lots of young girls and young men.Girls out numbering man 3 to one.No pub can be better than this one.

Will be better if it’s €10 lower in rate.

The price was reasonable, the location very good, the room adequate but the noise from below a prob.

It was basic but sufficient. The host was remarkably helpful.

The only trouble was the noise coming from the bar below. I had to use ear plugs

It was pleasant.

The location is great just in the city center. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Ideal for a 1-3 days stay.

It was on the third floor and I had to take the stairs with a very heavy suitcase, but if you have just a backpack it’s ok :)
