Great location and good rooms. Spacious layout, good closet space and great bed that's very comfy. The room service menu has a-lot of options and the food is high quality, clearly superior compared to other hotels of this standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay and during check-in they clearly explain where to find what. Also plenty of EV charging spots which is definitely not a given yet!
The gym is small and becomes crowded quickly once there are four or more people. However, what stood out most was the lack of courtesy shown by some fellow guests. A large group was quite loud in the spa area, and on another occasion, I was rudely told by another guest to wait in line for the elevator when I simply wanted to check if it had already been called, despite there being enough space for everyone to get on. This was unexpected in a hotel of this standard.
