Excellent location, unique one-hour-daily private use of small but great sauna/spa, super-friendly staff, top cleanliness in rooms, great shower
We stayed in the suite; very cold in the living room on few occasions - solved by giving us stand-alone heater AND sometimes very hot. Very dry air in bedroom, could only solve by opening patio door in the middle of the night, at 2 gr C outside temp. Two great TVs, but only 6 local channels and one streaming service installed Slightly confusing Smart Home system for lights and heating

Wonderful - highly recommended
Possibly the best overall experience we have had. The job the owners have done in converting/updating the property is very good and everything was as new. We particularly liked the breakfasts, the spa (room for two only but very nicely set up) and the shower. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, without exception. A modest walk into the centre of Ghent, the hotel is in a quiet and safe position. Highly recommended.

Fantastic little hotel in Gent
Using a pre-sent door code, we were able to access our room without the need to go to reception. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This is probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was next ro the lift but did not hear it once and did not hear people moving from the lift to their rooms.
