Great apartment, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Very nice bathroom

Everything was perfect

The building is located in a very nice street, with a very beatiful view of the opera building and the location is unbeatable, in the heart of Ghent, so everywhere is walking distance. I also walked from Sint-Pieters train station and saw the city park as well. The room was perfectly clean and spacious, warm and cozy in winter, and it has all the things I needed, even a smart tv. Check-in and check-out was very smooth with clear instructions and communication. I definitely would stay again and easily recommend this room.

Fijn verblijf, valk bij het centrum met een aardige host

Locatie was goed! Alles zag er netjes uit, het was schoon! Communicatie was goed!

Het prullenbakje miste, maar dit was volgens de eigenaar ook vreemd en werd opgelost

Mooie kamer op toplocatie in Gent

Toplocatie en degelijk bed. De badkamer was ruim met een regendouche

De mooie kamer was niet echt nog kortelings verlucht, de badhanddoeken ruikten ietwat muf, jammer en er is geen dubbele beglazing in het raam. Straatgeluiden zijn hierdoor wel storend, oordoppen is gelukkig een oplossing

Très bien situé, belle chambre design confortable et spacieuse à un prix correct pour le centre de Gand. Matelas confortable. Draps bien chauds. Les hôtes sont joignables facilement si nécessaire. Systèmes de codes d’accès facile.

Ouvrez-bien vos yeux pour trouver l’entrée (attenant au restaurant la bohème). La fenêtre était ouverte à notre arrivée (il faisait 0 degrés dehors). Pas évident de calibrer le chauffage. Les murs sont fins si vous avez comme nous un couple fou d’amour la chambre juste à côté.

El baño olía fatal a cañerías y aunque lo trasladamos al propietario mediante los email no contestó y obvio nuestro email. Sobre otras cuestiones si había respondido.

Als je het raam opendoet (raam tot aan de vloer) stap je zo naar buiten; niet handig voor een kamer op de eerste verdieping… ongeschikt voor verblijf met kind.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles war sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super zentral.

Die Fenster haben keine Doppelverglasung, deswegen ist es etwas lauter, aber das hat uns auch nicht so sehr gestört.

Ideale locatie voor een citytrip in Gent - smaakvol ingerichte kamer met oog voor toeristenfaciliteiten: ruimte voor valies en ophangen kledij. Digitaal inchecken met duidelijke richtlijnen vooraf - bij problemen onmiddellijk contact met vriendelijke uitbater.

Geen duidelijk zichtbare voordeur met een donker, klein klavier voor ingangscode. Kouter House = nr.4 dus niet te verwarren met Opera Boutique Rooms = nr.8 ! Bij valavond een donkere trappenhal met onverlichte lichtschakelaars
