Karl was very helpful, available and friendly. Property is beautifully presented and very comfortable. Easy walk from train station and then into the old town.
Only drawback is lack of a lift which may be a problem for some, though staff available to assist with luggage.

Karl was excellent at looking after us, and he was a very interesting guy to talk to. The room was great - very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet only, but was of very good quality. Position was a short 8-minute walk from the station.
Some wider pillows would have been nice, and a cooked breakfast option would have been much appreciated. It's a good 25-30 minute walk into the centre of town from there.

Bed, high ceilong, bath tube!
Some items in bathroom shoud be restored - shower gel container was damaged.
