We enjoyed Ghent.

Reasonably convenient for walking into town. Nice large room with good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Floor was very bare, considering the heating was just sufficient it would have been nice to have had a few rugs. For the size and cost of the room the two chairs might have been more comfortable. These were quite basic.

The room was super quiet and the air conditioning was nice. We were give daily water supply and there was sweets and fruits in the lobby for the guests.

We were on top floor and there was no elevator

Simply excellent!

This is a charming big house in the middle of the city, but as you step in it is all high quality and super quiet. Karl is a great host, the rooms are really nicely done (I stayed on the top floor with a garden view), you can relax and will get a great night sleep (as I did). Parking is available, the city centre is 10-15 minutes walk away, and there is even a proper honesty bar, which I didn't use on this occasion but hope to do when I am next in Ghent.

Anyone with mobility issue will struggle, this is an old house with stairs, all rooms are on 1st and 2nd floor. Not a problem for me, but might be for others.

Location handy to train station & city centre. Room very spacious & relaxing. Bed, pillows & bedding super comfy & the linen so beautifully soft, very luxurious feel. Everywhere, right from the guest lounge & checking in & up to the room is beautifully decorated. Loved the bottles of water & coffee pods provided.

A very special stay with a host with great taste in hospitality and style!

Elegant townhouse with luxury touches, very convenient for walking into the old town. Sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy the guest bar - which looked like it would have been rather special. Lesson - plan ahead!!!

Clean and comfortable room in a good location away from the centre.

The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The host was very warm and welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations.

The glass partition to the bathroom took a bit of getting used to, especially in the middle of the night when I didn't want to turn on a light in case I woke my partner.

We really enjoyed our two night stay

It was a very comfortable, beautifully furnished and well run bed and breakfast. It is very convenient for the rail station, about seven minutes walk, but in a quiet location. Breakfast was very good.

An excellent accommodation with attention to detail on every level.

In a quiet location but near enough to walk into the centre of Gent. Contact with the host Karl was great making parking and check-in a simple process. Everything about the property was to our taste and liking. Perfectly clean and a really comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the morning and that again was excellent in terms of price, presentation and quality. An in room safe, good quality toiletries, complimentary water and a coffee machine completed the room additions. We would definitely recommend when staying in Gent.

Amazing staying. The staff was extremely kind and available, and the room was simply perfect. Pristine conditions and really comfortable. The building per se was also really nice.

There is really nothing worth mentioning here. All it was perfect. Perhaps just a bit pricey but we also booked at the very last minute and we paid for what we had. A really good service.

The most luxurious B&B we ever stayed in! Better than many 4* hotels we visited.

This establishment, being published as 'B&B' is the best B&B we stayed in for a very long time. Considering, we were looking for a brief overnight stay during a much longer road trip, we looked for a place outside the city centre with the parking facilities and some luxury. The Hamptons exceeded our expectation on every level. From the street the building appears discreet and it is not obvious that it is a hotel/B&B. But once you enter, the owner has really created a fabulous establishment where every detail has been thought through, whether in the shared public areas or in the room it self. The furnishings and decor are all to a very high standard and the quality is evident everywhere. The room we booked was a great size. The bathroom was a seriously large size, almost like another small room. And the functionality of all facilities in the room were exceptional. The trust of 'honesty bar' to help yourself to drinks and submit a ticket, has been a great sign of good faith that we really appreciated and commend to the owner for. Karl who looked after us during our stay has been an excellent communicator prior and during our stay. His directions to the parking garage are the best we have ever seen and his positive and friendly manner throughout has been fabulous. We did take up the breakfast offer that was simply a theatre of a lovely breakfast for two, again a great care taken into the great quality food presented in a very thoughtful manner in a very nice and relaxing environment. We would return and we would recommend this establishment. Whilst The Hamptons publishes the details as 'boutique B&B' we felt that this establishment was superior to many 4* hotels we stayed in the past.

Nice quick staying with amazing breakfast

Excellent staying! The room was big enough and the bed was super cozy. We decided to include the breakfast when we arrived and it was a good decision, they served a variety of fresh cheeses, ham, breads, jams, butter, and fruit salad, coffee and juice. Also the location is really good considering Ghent’s Centraal station.
