This is a really special place 😍

The rooms are so stylish and comfortable. We had a large front facing room with huge windows and lots of light. The hosts are really friendly and create a welcoming environment, there's also a lovely cafe downstairs with a really chilled vibe. The location was perfect for us being 5 mins from the main train station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the sights. Can't recommend enough, we definitely plan to stay again.

Situated on a quiet street 4 mins walk from station. Fran the owner was lovely ...so friendly and welcoming ...the room was spacious and quirky and we chose to have breakfast which was delicious. Great choice for our brief stay thank you to our host.

Home away from home

I was helped by the most friendly and helpful young lady named Fien. She made me feel totally at home and so comfortable. The next morning I had the best coffee and breakfast ever! Very tasty and beautifully presented. Thank you Fien, you are such a special person! And the super friendly talkative kitty kat Taboo made my day 🐈

I must admit I judged the outside front door a little harshly. In my humble opinion it could use a bit of an upgrade or a paint job, just to tone in with the rest of the beauty thats inside. But when that door opened, it was like home away from home!

Perfect place to stay!

Amazing place! Cozy, nice, clean, comfortable, stylish and has super friendly and welcoming owners! It was a fantastic place to stay. Just the best! And the train station was near, and it's not far from historical centre by foot. If I'll come to Ghent again, will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment

This place was really amazing. The room was bigger than I expected and very lovely and comfortable. Clean bathroom. Quiet location. It’s a bit of a walk to the center, but I enjoyed the walk. It’s near the Gent St. Peter’s station, which was convenient for me.

Fran and Maarten were wonderful hosts! As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed by Fran. The room was spacious and clean, bathrooms were modern and excellent condition. Maarten is an amazing chef and went above and beyond for us while we were there. Would recommend trying out their restaurant while you are there. We will go back to their bed and breakfast if we ever go back to ghent belgium.

The property was conveniently located near to Gent Sint Peters Station, and had good shops and amenities close by. The Queen room was excellent and super comfortable, and Fran was very lovely and quick to respond to any messages! The resident cat Mr Miyagi is also very friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Everyone was very helpful. We went before our checkin time. Our room was not ready. But they helped us a lot in leaving our belongings. Also, the rooms are really well designed. It was quite comfortable. And the location is also very good. It is very close to both the central train station and the tram line. We walked everywhere.

Hosts Fran en Maarten are super kind and attentive. The location is just a few steps from the central train station and also very well communicated via tran to the historic city center. The food (breakfast and brunch) is delicious. The room is spacious and very well decorated, great king size bed to rest after a day of touring the city!

Location near train station yet very quiet. Nice, clean and comfortable room (no tv, but we did not needed it). Very friendly guest. Awesome breakfast.

Everything was perfect maybe except that in the morning we heard baby crying and people goint up and down the stairs, but it was in reasonable hour (arou 8AM).

delightful stay with wonderful family

beautiful home converted to B&B lovingly restored by Fran and Maarten. our room was large, with a separate sitting area. The bathroom amenities are all new, and spotless. but the best thing we liked about this property is the family that owns and manages it. Fran and Maarten are so friendly and welcoming. we felt very comfortable staying with them and wished it could have been longer.
