Love the retro vibes, great value for money.

The hotel looks old on the photos, but it has a really nice retro vibe, it is very close to the train.

The only thing I feel it needs are standard pillows, the ones provided were more bed cushions than pillows, a bit big for our liking.

Comfortable bed, convenient location for the following day' travel...close to the train station. It had all the necessities but lacked some niceties.

I missed little things...tissues, breakfast (they don't serve Sundays), the tv had VERY few channels

Nice one night stay

Fantastic location, nice large room with desk and mini fridge. Central location and perfect for transport, restaurants and bars etc. Lovely interiors and nice atmosphere. Comfy bed, had everything we needed.

Restaurant/ bar wasn't open. Windows opened out to other rooms/ train lines.

For a night stay, the place is tolerable even if it is super dusty. The management could do better.

The location we needed. It is near the train station.

1. No person at reception most of the time 2. Light bulbs were either missing or not working 3. Empty body wash dispenser 4. the room was so dusty. 5. several extra stuff (like damage lamp) stored inside the room

It was near the station and staff where very nice

The room was at the top of the building in the loft so no good for people with walking or disabilities. The bathroom was very basic and tiny door didn’t lock and no centre light in the room.

The location is strategic near the train station and the public city transport The building is a nice house of 1930.

The room I booked was very small with sound and vision on the railway so if you have a light sleep that's not the place for you. One lamp doesn't work. The dining room was not operative. There was a little mess in the corners of the common spaces.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the property, really close to the Ghent station! Peaceful environment.

I wish there was an elevator in the building since we had huge luggages, but the staffs helped 🙏🏻

Excellent, we had a great stay!

They let us check in a bit earlier, which was great. The room was clean, the bathroom was fully equipped. The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe.

Decent hotel next to train station but some facilities are not working or maintained.

Clean room, very spacious room. Although next to train line, if windows are not opened, noise is reduced alot but you can feel the rumbling of train.

Fridge and safe are not working but when asked for help, nothing is done and not helpful at all. As a result we have to throw away food bought meant for fridge. This is disappointing even though offer can be made to store our food in main kitchen.

The room had 4 lights, and none of them worked. upstairs neighbours watched TV the whole evening/night and didn't want to be more quiet, even after yelling and bonking on the wall. janitor also entered the wrong room. you hear the trains all the time, so not very peaceful. do not recommend.

A perfect place for staying in Ghent

We just enjoyed the place a lot. The hotel staff, specially would like to mention about the manager, they supported us like a family member. We are really pleased with their hospitality. Room was really nice and comfortable. We also like the location of the hotel.

The only one thing we missed is the elevator.

The location is perfect-very close to central station and in a waling distance to park and city central. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good value for money paid.

There was no tea coffee making facilities in room as promised for deluxe room during booking. Room was noisy. (This double room features a tea/coffee maker, electric kettle and sofa. )

Our room was on the ground floor at the back, which is right by the train tracks, so it was very loud both from the trains coming and going and people in the hotel lobby.

Super close to the train station, and the accommodation looked really cute from the outside. the rooms were nice - the outlook across the street was nice, and the rooms felt clean etc.

The guy at reception (assume it's the owner?) smoked a lot, and there was a smell of weed throughout the property.

The location is amazing, next to the train station so it's very convenient if you're on the go.

Don't expect any special facilities, there's also no lift so if you have problems with climbing up stairs ask for a room in the lower floors.
