The location is very convenient. Just a few minutes from train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is warm. The bed is comfortable. But I think the lighting of the room can be improved.

The staff was kind and helpful. The position of the hotel near the station allowed me to move more easily through Ghent. The room was very comfy. In general a very nice experience staying here.
Just the wifi connection in the room was not the best.
