Great location for food, river access, public transit. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Small room, extremely small bathroom, one outlet didn’t work next to the bed. Digital door locking system was obnoxious. If you didn’t slam the door shut it would make a screaming siren sound.

Nothing negative, but a suggestion that the shower would benefit from a ‘grab handle’ as the base can become slippery.

Friendly Staff, Helpful, Clean and beautiful view of the mountains. 20 mins from Interlaken Ost Train Station, easy walk. Picturesque like all of interlaken. Bus station right out the front.
Expensive given what It was, but I guess that's Switzerland. Tiny bathroom, a lot smaller than expected from pictures and super hot in there like a sauna. Elevator was also tiny so we used the stairs mostly. No fridge.
