Amazing.
The staff was amazing. They really put effort into making sure I have a great Valentine’s Day. All very kind and helpful especially Karina who recommended the food, Zyad who gave us a great upgrade and special amenities, Woljech who smiled the whole time and helped with luggage and Rami that checked us in. Great team, great atmosphere.

Be careful with the rooms. Booking are selling tooms that not exist in this hotel.
The food and the staff the location
The room was so old and smelly. Booking sell me a room that it’s not even exist in this hotel. Very expensive room by the way. Very very expensive

1. Buffet staff were very friendly. 2. Mr. Christofer (work in reception as concierge staff) provided exceptional help and assistance to us in changing the room we booked due to some issues in the shower tub. 3. Location is excellent. 4. Room and bathroom clean.

This is a very nice hotel with amazingly, friendly, attentive, helpful staff
The speed camera right outside the hotel which unfortunately caught me doing 34 Km/hr which was not obvious.
