Dirty teaspoons in the room. I called for a replacement, yet I’m told to come downstairs and get it myself. I paid good money for the room, the least you can do is bring it yourself considering it’s not my fault. Poor.

Very pleasant hotel, good location for those wanting to use Interlaken as their base to explore the Jungfrau region.

Conveniently located a short walk to the Railway station transit hub, and close to city centre. Our room was extra large with lovely views to the mountains behind the hotel. Basic, but comfortable furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet with excellent sleep quality. Room temperature flexible. Coffee pod machine in the room and bar fridge. Hotel provided a lobby room with a microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast was a continental buffet with very basic cooked options. Automatic coffee machine.

Our room had a disability bathroom, with very limited bench space.

Beautiful Interlaken

An extremely beautiful hotel. The breakfast is elegant, varied and delicious. The location is fantastic, close to Interlaken Ost station. The treatment and services are second to none. We thank the staff for their hospitality.

This review is not about the hotel or its services, but rather expresses my personal opinion. Some of the artwork was installed before we left the hotel. The number of paintings is relatively large, and I found the wall more beautiful before that.

Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our stay in Interlaken!! The hotel was in a perfect spot. Less than 5 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was wonderful! Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a really hard hike one day, came back and had room service. That dinner was the best dinner we had our whole trip! Highly recommend!

The prices at the restaurant are a bit pricy for a mediocre fare. We ordered 2 glassed of wine which were exactly poured at about 1/2 of a normal pour but fully priced. Bacon in the breakfast was almost raw.

Inflexible Policy and a Stressful Check-in Experience

The location is good.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in Interlaken with my mother and my 14-year-old sister. I had pre-booked a medium room based on the size and our needs for a short stay. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. I completely understand that the room type was described for two adults on the booking site. My frustration comes from the hotel's refusal to offer any practical solution. I explained that the room was more than sufficient for us, but the reception staff only insisted that I book a second, additional room for my sister. They could not give a clear reason when I asked if three people were not permitted. Other hotels in the region (like in Grindelwald) handle this by charging a reasonable extra person fee, a solution I would have gladly accepted. Here, no alternatives were provided. I reluctantly booked the extra room. It was on the 5th floor with a dated and gloomy atmosphere and was not directly accessible by elevator. In the end, all three of us stayed in the original room without any issue. The entire situation felt like an inflexible upsell rather than a genuine policy concern. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel for small families.

Breakfast was good, everything was clean and the positioning for us was great (walking distance of Interlaken Ost).

Wifi connection at the 4th floor was bad (it worked perfectly in the lounge at the ground floor).

Very close to train station , the room was nice with minibar ,hangers and air condion, free water was good

The air condition is outomaticlly turn off , i woke up everyday sweating my life on bed , allways need to check if its on or off , the breakfast was not the best boiled eggs was hard to pilloff and not ready , very limit choice of food , not taste good , very bad . Also 1 elvator takes too much time to go up and down with so much poeple , the bed on the room was verybad i felt like im sucked into the bad not comfi at all, the toilet lid was small and I could feel the porcelain of the toilet ,

Absolutely delightful experience.

Perfect location, walking distance to train station, ferry terminal and the village. Staff were incredibly friendly, polite and welcoming. The room was very nice and clean. We had all amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Love the water pressure in shower and comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast buffet, lots and varieties of selection.
