    It was a great hotel when it comes to location, service, breakfast, and room size. I would just prefer if a slipper, laundry service bag and details are added in the room. But overall experience is amazing..

    We booked a 3-night stay at Essential, and I strongly do not recommend staying here. The customer service was beyond disappointing — practically non-existent. The reception staff were consistently cold, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful throughout our stay. Not once during the entire 3 nights were we greeted or made to feel welcome, not even at check-in or check-out. To make matters worse, despite repeated requests, our room was never serviced by housekeeping. A basic request for extra pillows was ignored not once, but twice. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic hospitality standards was shocking. This hotel is clearly suffering from poor management and a complete disregard for guest experience. What should have been a comfortable stay turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
