The renovated rooms at Hotel Bellevue are excellent. We loved the lighting, the bathroom, the beds, and the overall spaciousness. The ongoing renovation is wonderful, and we hope the Wi-Fi improves soon.

The Bellevue exceeded our expectations in every way!

The view from our balcony was splendid! It was in a beautiful quieter, part of town than Interlaken Ost. The staff was so welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend!

It would’ve been nice to have one large comforter on the double bed for my husband and I rather than two individual smaller comforters.

Spectacular views and we were central to all activities. The stay was superb, we had a wonderful trip

The location is perfect, just a slow ten minute walk from the station, very central and the most spectacular view from the balcony of the mountain and river. The room was just right for me and my two adult daughters. It was cleaned each day. The staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. All communication with the hotel prior and during our stay was friendly and polite. I absolutely recommended Hotel Bellevue. Thank you for making our stay very special.

Great Hotel, Nice Location, and a Great Friendly Staff!!!!

This hotel is definitely a 5-Star property yet the price was reasonable for Milan. Great modern hotel with large rooms and a large shower with a rainwater shower head. It is in a nice location, walking distance to all the high end shops and restaurants (the hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar and the breakfast buffet is excellent). But what really stands out is the friendly and professional staff the Radisson hired. Especially Marco at the front desk who goes out of his way to help all customers, and Jaby (who you can’t miss when you walk in because he is so tall) who greets everyone coming into the lobby as though they were his friends. Marco, Jaby, and the rest of the staff are such a great reflection of the Radisson Brand. You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel. I will be back, and thank you to the wonderful staff for making my 5-day stay in Milan so memorable. Andy

The location is perfect as it's close enough to shops, entertainment, restaurants and transport but still quiet. The hotel looks old fashioned from the outside but inside is quite modern and newly renovated. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Quite a disappointing property considering the cost per night that they are charging.

Only plus point was the air conditioning facilities.

It was quite shocking to find that the room does not have a cupboard or a full mirror any where in the room. Further the housekeeping did not clean the table, did not replace the tea-cups used on the previous day (we did not see the tea-cups on the next day after room cleaning). We had some biscuit dropped on the table, shockingly this was not cleaned in the housekeeping and kept as it is when we can back from our Interlaken travel.

Good short stays.

Hotel room is clean and nice with basics stuffs that you needed. Our room facing the railway which wakes us up very early in the morning because of the trains passing through. Try to avoid rooms facing the railway. Location is at Interlaken West. And it is convenient to Walk to the city about 15 mins.

Staffs are not very welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights and we never seen them smiled or said Hi to us during our stays.

Exceptional Stay – Last-Minute Gem!

I got stuck in Interlaken after my train to Wengen was cancelled and ended up booking this hotel last minute—and what a pleasant surprise it was! The location was absolutely breathtaking, the room was spotless and cozy, and the staff were truly amazing—so kind and helpful. Despite the unexpected change in plans, my stay turned out to be a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The only downside was finding a coffee cup that still had lipstick marks on it, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Paying for location not facilities on offer

Property is set in a perfect location for exploring, stunning views and off the Main Street. Walking distance from both Interlaken west (around 15 mins) and Interlaken OST (3 min walk) Restaurant next door nice and offered variety of food.

Booked a double room, was actually two singles pushed together, not a comfortable nights sleep! Room very small, shower difficult to get in and out wouldn’t suit a larger person! Breakfast also not worth it, lack of choice and didn’t replenish the stuff that was there. Facilities let it down hotel itself clean but paying for the view.

A unique, beautiful location

Next to a river, surrounded by mountains and just a short walk from the train station and town, the Bellevue is in the most idyllic location to explore interlaken and the surrounding area. We didn’t need a car due to the train, boats and cable cars being so accessible. We had the River house which has its own private garden, outdoor eating area with bbq and even private access to swim in the river. The house itself is clean, cosy and lots of space for a family of 4. Even though the house is not connected to the hotel, breakfast is still included. There was a mix of pastries, cereal, fruits, ham, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon and hash brown. Interlaken is beautiful but the hotel made our experience even more special by completely exceeding our expectations and giving us the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. We were lucky to have both sun and snow during our visit so enjoyed eating outside and paddling in the river, which felt so private it didn’t feel like we were staying in a hotel. Followed by having snowball fights and building snowmen in our own garden. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

The Riverside House is on the expensive side so unfortunately we couldn’t afford to come here all the time, but we were coming for a special occasion and if you can afford it I would say treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
