Perfect place for a perfect family..

Beautiful place well maintained and clean. I can't imagine a resort with kitchen facilities and clean. Kids enjoyed a lot Very close to all major attractions

Good location, close to the station and apartment had all the facilities, even though it’s a bit old..

The staff was not the friendliest, especially in the restaurant. They were so inflexible esp towards us which was a family travelling with kids.

Great location, good amenities, decent rooms

We had a positive stay at the Hapimag property in Interlaken. It is perfectly situated— close enough to the train station and boat for Lake Brienz and Harder Klum, as well as close to the good food spots in Interlaken. The kids play area and pool are fantastic and perfect for bad weather days when you have little kids.

There isn’t much to dislike here. If I had to nitpick, I wish the pillows were more firm, but we are really splitting hairs. As I noted, we had a good stay.

Very disappointing considering price

Location good. Breakfast very good. Staff not very welcoming or helpful but did job.

Not a good value for cost. Large space but not useful. With sleeper sofa as bed nowhere to lounge. Two uncomfortable chairs to watch tv. Woke with babies crying in adjacent room. Bed not very comfortable. Shower would not drain. No response when note sent. Balcony had metal cage around it- not a good view.

The location was perfect—right in the center of Interlaken and close to most essential facilities. Just outside, there’s an Arab service office/shop where you can conveniently book online tickets one or two days in advance. The reception staff were supportive and helpful. I mainly dealt with Mr. Sebastian—thank you!

The place is ideally located at the Interlaken promenade and the view from the balcony toward mountain jungfrau is breathtaking. The staff is so so nice and supportive. They are very flexible in managing guests requests as well

Beyond excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, staff was incredibly wo. Mark at the reception was very welcoming, explained nicely about the neighborhood and other important things about the property. The room was spotless, well-organized and offered amazing views from the balcony. The location was perfect and easily walkable between both primary stations. Though, breakfast was with basic variety of fresh options but their coffee and hot chocolate was the best to start a day with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-managed, and quality stay option. Would definitely return!

The place is great it’s located in the center next to Grand Victoria’s hotel,

No sound proof i could hear ppl walking on my roof talking dragging chairs. No A/C needed since it’s still good weather don’t know if it’s available on summer. Booking didn’t show that my 2 apartments are different ( premium and standard) so family of 6 had to be separated in different floors and buildings.

A resort style aparthotel with a good breakfast that gets a little hot at night depending on the time of year

- spacious apartment right by Höhematte park - good buffet style breakfast with plenty of options - fully equipped kitchen - balcony with a secluded view

- we knew there wouldn’t be AC, but only providing one fan for 2 bedrooms made the stay a bit uncomfortable

An amazing stay … will definitely like to come back

This hotel is very conveniently located, about 8-10 minutes walk from Interlaken Ost station, overlooking the Höheweg and a very beautiful view of the mountains. It is also very close to the shopping and food streets of Interlaken. To sum it up … a perfect location. The apartments are quite spacious too … we had a bedroom and a living room and a big balcony as well. There was also a well-fitted kitchen, we could have cooked if we wanted to. The hotel also has a common washer-dryer facility, pool etc … so a very good choice for long stays. The breakfast at the hotel was very good too with a wide selection of vegetarian/non vegetarian, hot/cold options. We loved it

Though it is mentioned in the hotel particulars and did not come as a surprise, I still would have liked a basic daily cleaning done. There is an optional external service offered by the hotel but that is quite expensive.

One of the best places I have stayed here

The room is spacious, warm and well equipped. The location is superb in between the two train stations and there is a bus stop right in front of the place. They have facilities such as laundry, a small shop to buy essential stuff even late at night, a small nook for books to read all available based on trust. You use the service or take the items and you record them for charges later. Breakfast is good too.

The location was perfect—just a short walk from Interlaken OST station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The apartment was spacious, with a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary cutlery. The hotel staff were kind enough to provide a microwave upon request, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was good as well.
