The location of the property is one of the best at interlaken with beautiful views from our apartment. Staffs were very good and helping. The property is at walking distance from interlaken ost station. Kitchen was very well equipped and organised like dish washer, cooktop, coffee maker, all the crockery, cutlery and cookware were there.
Few things that I didn’t like are- there is no daily cleaning service and very few toiletries are provided in the bathroom like bathroom slippers are must but not provided in the room , we have to buy them from the reception.

Location
Furniture old and it almost empty, ZERO service, poor room light, bed not comfortable, breakfast limited and staff of food service was average.
