Central of everything, can watch paragliding from patio.
Parking little pricey.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful in making us comfortable with our stay. The apartment was very spacious and well designed which made it more like a home.
The location of the hotel is excellent, to the point that we did all our planned visits around Switzerland for this one place.
The fitness center was not built when I booked the apartment but was ready when we arrived. I took a quick look at the fitness center and I would recommend a couple of things,
1. A few more weight machines
2. Keep it open 24/7 so guests can work out before or after their tours of Switzerland.

Good location
Pillows were horrible and flat we all had neck pain
We have breakfast included and one day my daughter was very tired and my hubby went down to ask if he can take a couple of croissant and milk so we can have tea in the room ( we bought our own breakfast tea as the black tea was not nice ) and the ladies in the breakfast place refused categorically and were very rude.
When I checked out and told the reception about it they said we were entitled to it and we should have to them so that means the restaurant staff were very incompetent.

The room was large, pool was good. Breakfast decent
There was absolutely no cleaning or towel changing even though we were there for 2weeks! They also wouldn’t give us any towels for the pool- you had to “exchange “ them so that you never had more than the number of people. They were inflexible.
