The people there kept asking for us for stuff it was a half way motel

We couldn't check in until 2pm so we went back at 2:30 pm still couldn't check in until 3:30 after some one came he had to clean the room before we checked in flies in the room rubbish out the back on the ground

Standards not upto scratch.

Nothing about the place was likable.

I was so let down on the standard of cleaning around the whole complex ,lawns,rubbish very run down looking place.Inside the room i was given was below standard for cleanliness and maintenance upkeep. No staff at reception,so I had to go on a treasure hunt to find the key that was hidden away while on the phone to them. Broken toilet seat, clogged shower drain, no cutlery in kitchen, Dirty walls and carpet,table with paint marks all over it. Smell throughout the room. The worst part was hearing the people upstairs walk around.The sound was very unpleasant and beyond your normal footstep sound,this was possibly a flooring issuethat needs to be checked.It wasnt worth it and i wouldn't go back there.

No bath mat or face cloths. No duvet cover. No extra blankets. Dirty curtains, dishes, carpet. Mattress was wet. Upstairs family extremely loud. Rubbish and weeds outside. No sharp knives. Fridge didn't fit into kitchen nook and extremely wobbly.

I have to give this property an amazing review. It’s not 5 star and it doesn’t claim to be but this was a last min booking due to a cancelled flight. I was out in the cold at 10:30pm at night and no one was awake. The office was closed. The assistant manager found me crying outside and made an exception for me. There was one room left but it wasn’t clean. He went above and beyond to quickly clean it for me so I had a warm place to sleep for the night. There were many cancelled flights and no hotels had room. Vinay went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Bringing some food for me as well. Amazing kiwi hospitality, you have done Nz proud. As an expat myself I cannot speak more highly. Thank you so so much.

They just need to update their office hours on booking.com. If I knew they were closed and weren’t accepting check-ins I would not have booked. But anyway it all worked out in the end.

Not worth the stay… who ever managing this property they defintley need replacement

Everything was below average cockroaches in the room jus a horrible dirty place. Overall worst motel experience would’nt go back there ever. Went to the office no one to meet or greet. Location is good.

Only thing going for this place was the proximity to the Airport

It was disgusting. Dirty carpets, shoes stuck to floor in kitchen, mould in many areas including shower curtains, on the windows even light switch in bathroom. Basin was partially blocked. Kitchen was gross, stuff left in drawer mouldy, no kettle despite being left milk and tea and coffee, everything was filthy. Room smelt bad. Marker pen drawings on the couch and looked like nail polish on couch. Got there just after 5pm. Office locked up. Called the office and was advised they had assumed we weren't coming so they went home. Was told room left unlocked for us. We had no pillows - they sent someone back some 2.5hrs later with pillows. This was the only staff member we saw. The sheets and towels were the only clean things in the room.

Plenty of parking, beds where nice. Location was easy to get to and price was fair.

The room was pretty dirty, giant fridge in the room with milk in it turned off. Ants everywhere in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom and bath didn't look clean what so ever.

Awesome staff cool location and the whole entire experience of staying in a Villa was completely a suprise and nice chan

Location and the how the Villa was converted into a motel rooms which only had I think 3 rooms plus reception and completely separate from the other family rooms. So nice to sleep in Villa again with polished floor boards and high ceilings.

TBH I was a bit concerned about the security system. As I was informed about the security cameras everywhere and no staff on site the main entrance into the was only screen door so my concern was anyone could enter the villa and try gain access to the rooms. So maybe some security signage around the property. Improve security on main entrance into Villa and point of entry guys would gain trust and retention and giving your customers Peace of Mind.

There is bug-land :(

There were bugs in the kitchen, in the living room and in the floor. We have seen two different rooms and in both was the same problem. The personal asked us to see a third room- but we expect the same there: bugs, bugs and even more bugs. I believe at least one of the bugs has been a cockroach.

on arrival the reception had the booking wrong .

shown the wrong room and then requested to come back later whilst they prepared another room. Fridge was not clean. there was no tea towel for the crockery. The toilet cannot be described. Unfortunately there was no accommodation nearby that suited purpose.

Run down motel, holes in the wall, towel rail hanging off, stained couch and stains on the wall....and only one cup! Also VERY noisy with traffic noise especially early morning

Weekend at Warmsley motel.

The staff very friendly. Place clean. 🥰

The room was wet n smells damp. I have to open the door to get the couch dry. I showed it to the worker. Also it has lots of roaches crawling on the walls. I won't say anything to anyone but let people know to come there. It's a nice place. I like the place but its just those things n hoping that it will be fixed. Hoping to come there again.

Smoke alarm continuously beeping all night. One very thin blanket on the bed with no spare blankets to be found. Sticky bathroom floor tiles No shampoo in bathroom TV wouldn’t work, no batteries in sky remote Very dirty stained carpets
